    Abstract: A wireless communication network includes a user equipment (UE) to receive a set of instructions, from a base station, to perform a simultaneous change of a set of current bandwidth parts (BWPs) to a set of new BWPs in a set of cells. The set of instructions schedules set of slots for the UE to receive and/or transmit a set of downlink and/or uplink signals via the set of new BWPs, respectively. The UE also determines a delay associated with performing the simultaneous change of the set of current BWPs to the set of new BWPs, respectively, and determines whether it is able to receive and/or transmit the set of downlink and/or uplink signals via the set of new BWPs in the set of slots satisfying the delay, respectively. A base station is also included to communicate with the UE to effectuate the aforementioned operation.

The BWP may overlap with one or more first frequency resources associated with a cell-defining synchronization signal block (CD-SSB) and one or more second frequency resources associated with a non-cell-defining synchronization signal block (NCD-SSB). The UE may perform a measurement using the NCD-SSB (and not the CD-SSB) during an active state of the BWP. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication and more particularly to hybrid measurements and reporting for Layer 1 (L1)/Layer 2 (L2) triggered mobility (LTM). Some aspects more specifically relate to a UE performing filtered measurements of one or more LTM candidate cells. In some aspects, the hybrid measurements and reporting may be associated with measurements using Layer 3 type measurements and reporting using L1 type reports for LTM. In some aspects, one or more cells, from the one or more LTM candidate cells, may be selected (for example, by the UE or by a network node) for L1 measurement or reporting associated with the filtered measurement values. In some aspects, the UE may transmit an L1 measurement report indicating L1 measurement values of the one or more cells. A network node may perform one or more operations in response to the L1 measurement values.
