    Abstract: A first wireless device may generate a first pseudo-random data based on a seed known to a second wireless device, and may transmit a first training signal including first pseudo-random data to the second wireless device for a MI estimation at the second wireless device, the first pseudo-random data being modulated with a first modulation order. The second wireless device may estimate, based on the received first training signal and through the MI estimation, a reception quality associated with at least one modulation order lower than or equal to the first modulation order, and determine a second modulation order of the at least one modulation order lower than or equal to the first modulation order based on the MI estimation, the second modulation order being estimated to provide a reception quality greater than or equal to a reception quality threshold. The MI estimation may be periodic or aperiodic.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a communication device may classify a set of packets of streaming video content based at least in part on one or more video characteristics, wherein the one or more video characteristics relate to an effect of a packet on a quality of experience of providing the streaming video content; assign the set of packets to a plurality of transport blocks, wherein a first transport block is associated with a first set of values for a set of communication parameters and a second transport block is associated with a second set of values for the set of communication parameters; and provide the plurality of transport blocks for transmission based at least in part on assigning the set of packets to the plurality of transport blocks.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit neural network (NN) capability information to a network entity. The network entity may train the NN model by selecting a NN-based precoder and generating associated coefficients. The network entity may transmit an indication of the precoder coefficients to the UE. The network entity may transmit demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) that have not been precoded and a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) signal that has been narrowband-precoded according to the indicated precoder. The UE may then perform and input a channel estimation to the NN model. The NN model may output the narrowband precoder, which the UE may use to generate a narrowband channel estimate and demodulate the narrowband precoded PDSCH signal. In some examples, the network entity may update NN coefficients and may indicate the updated NN coefficients to the UE.

    Abstract: A first wireless communication device receives spur measurement information associated with one or more frequency domain spurs in a transmission signal spectrum of a second wireless communication device. The spur measurement information indicates a baseband frequency and an expected power of each of the one or more frequency domain spurs. The first wireless communication device receives one or more signals from the second wireless communication device and processes the one or more signals in accordance with the spur measurement information to compensate the one or more signals for the one or more frequency domain spurs in the transmission signal spectrum of the second wireless communication device. In some implementations, the first wireless communication device receives the spur measurement information in association with transmitting spur suppression capability information that indicates a capability of the first wireless device to estimate and correct frequency domain spurs.
