摘要: Systems and methods for identifying a condition associated with an individual in a home environment are provided. Sensors associated with the home environment detect data, which is captured and analyzed by a local or remote processor to identify the condition. In some instances, the sensors are configured to capture data indicative of electricity use by devices associated with the home environment, including, e.g., which devices are using electricity, what date/time electricity is used by each device, how long each device uses electricity, and/or the power source for the electricity used by each device. The processor analyzes the captured data to identify any abnormalities or anomalies, and, based upon any identified abnormalities or anomalies, the processor determines a condition (e.g., a medical condition) associated with an individual in the home environment. The processor generates and transmits a notification indicating the condition associated with the individual to a caregiver of the individual.

摘要: A computing device for analyzing data from a property sharing platform may be provided. The computing device may include a processor in communication with a memory device and the property sharing platform. The processor may be programmed to (i) receive a plurality of property data associated with commercial transactions of a plurality of properties, (ii) organize the received property data in a plurality of data records by date, (iii) identify patterns in the subset of property data for a selected property for a predetermined period of time, the patterns indicating when the selected property was used for commercial purposes during the predetermined period of time, and (iv) transmit content to a client device including the identified patterns and a percentage of time the selected property was used for commercial purposes during the predetermined period of time.

摘要: A computer-implemented method of assessing driver capability for operating an autonomous vehicle includes identifying a human operator of the autonomous vehicle, the human operator being associated with a driving capability profile. The method further includes signaling to the human operator with the signal, the signal requesting a response from the human operator. The method also includes updating, based on the response from the human operator to the signal, the driving capability profile to indicate a level of skill of the human operator at responding to the signal.

摘要: Systems and methods are described for provisioning physical residences to and from users of a residential provisioning platform. The residential provisioning platform assigns a platform unit value to each of a plurality of physical residences. A residence provisioning app is provided to a user for implementation on the user's device and for displaying selections corresponding to the plurality of physical residences. The residential provisioning platform may include a residence tracking app that receives a user selection from the residence provisioning app corresponding to a particular physical residence, updates a particular residence dossier of the particular physical residence to assign the particular physical residence to the user, and updates a residence profile of the user to indicate a remaining platform unit value of the particular physical residence attributable to the user. The residence tracking app transmits a digital access pass to the provisioning app allowing access to the particular physical residence.

摘要: A system and computer-implemented method detect and act upon operator responsiveness to vehicle alerts. The system and method include determining that an Advanced Driver Assistance system (ADAS) of a vehicle generated an alert for a driving activity. The system and method may include logging a first set of measurements data associated with the alert of the ADAS in a database saved in a memory. The system and method may compare a portion of the first set of measurements data with a portion of the second set of measurements data, determine a driving metric for an operator of the vehicle based upon the comparing, and set at least a portion of an operator profile associated with the operator with the driving metric. As a result, risk averse driver, and/or proper responsiveness to vehicle alerts may be rewarded with insurance-cost savings, such as increased discounts.

摘要: Vehicles may have the capability to navigate according to various levels of autonomous capabilities, the vehicle having a different set of autonomous competencies at each level. In certain situations, the vehicle may shift from one level of autonomous capability to another. The shift may require more or less driving responsibility from a human operator. Sensors inside the vehicle collect human operator parameters to determine an alertness level of the human operator. An alertness level is determined based on the human operator parameters and other data including historical data or human operator-specific data. Notifications are presented to the user based on the determined alertness level that are more or less intrusive based on the alertness level of the human operator and on the urgency of an impending change to autonomous capabilities. Notifications may be tailored to specific human operators based on human operator preference and historical performance.

摘要: A computer-implemented method may include, by one or more processors and/or associated transceivers: (1) detecting a signal that a buyer would like to purchase a vehicle, wherein the signal indicates a vehicle type of the vehicle; and/or (2) inputting the vehicle type into a generative artificial intelligence (AI) model. The generative AI model is trained on transactional data associated with vehicle purchases to learn a relationship between vehicle purchase terms and buyer characteristics, and is configured to: (i) identify one or more sellers of the vehicle type; (ii) establish a communication coupling with the one or more sellers of the vehicle type; (iii) automatically negotiate, with the one or more sellers, one or more terms for purchasing available vehicles of the vehicle type; and/or (iv) present the terms to the buyer to facilitate purchase of a particular vehicle of the available vehicles from a particular seller.
