Abstract: A method and an apparatus of establishing dual-connectivity to transmit data are disclosed. A PCell of the UE carries out a mapping function and realizes a PDCP layer, a RLC layer, a MAC layer and a physical layer, and a SCell of the UE carries out quality packet data to data radio bearer mapping and realizes a PDCP layer, a MAC layer and a physical layer, in which a core network transmits data of the UE to the PCell, the PCell maps a QoS Flow of the data of the UE which is quality packet data to a data radio bearer on a mapping layer, performs path split, transmits data of respective paths to the UE through the PCell and SCell of the UE, and the UE regroups the data of the respective paths on the PDCP layer, and transmits the regrouped data to an application layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present invention provides a method for controlling Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) aggregation and an associated equipment. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring, by a first radio access network node, WLAN information about a User Equipment (UE); and, controlling, by the first radio access network node, WLAN aggregation for the UE according to the acquired WLAN information. A second radio access network node decides whether to maintain a WT and/or whether to establish WLAN aggregation for the UE when the UE moves to a first radio access network; and, the second radio access network node transmits information about whether to maintain the WT and/or indication information about whether to establish the WLAN aggregation for the UE. The WT receives UE context reference information transmitted by the first radio access network node; and, the WT indexes a UE context according to the received UE context reference information. With the present invention, the WLAN aggregation performance in a UE mobility scenario can be improved.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure propose a method performed at a first node for transmitting data, comprising: receiving downlink data to be transmitted to a User Equipment (UE) in a non-connected state; and determining whether to buffer the downlink data. The method further comprises: when it is determined that the downlink data is to be buffered, if the first node is a first type of node, determining that a paging procedure is not to be initiated for the UE in the non-connected state, or if the first node is a second type of node, notifying the second node that the downlink data has been buffered, so that the second node determines that the paging procedure is not to be initiated for the UE in the non-connected state. Abstract: The present application discloses a method for configuring and transmitting a key, which includes that: a) a serving cell (PCell) of UE determines a key (KeNB) used by a SCell and transmits the KeNB to the SCell; and b) the PCell transmits configuration information for configuring the SCell to the UE after receiving a response message from the SCell, and receives a response message from the UE. Or, the method includes that: a SCell of UE transmits a cell key request to an MME and receives key information from the MME; and the SCell transmits the key information received from the MME to the UE, and receives a response message from the UE. By the present application, data of the SCell is transmitted after being encrypted, so as to avoid a case that the data is decoded by other users, and further guarantee the security of the data.
