    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-generation (4G) system with a technology for internet of things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services.
    Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a blind detection method for Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) candidate, comprising: determining a resource location of a serving cell for transmitting the PDCCH candidate corresponding to a Primary cell (Pcell), wherein, the serving cell includes Pcell and/or Secondary cell (Scell); and blindly detecting the PDCCH candidate corresponding to Pcell on the determined resource location of the serving cell. Based on the solution of the embodiment of the present application, in a CA system, the allocation of the resources occupied by the PDCCH can be implemented more reasonably and effectively.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A technique for receiving a downlink control channel is provided that includes operations of determining whether a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) is received at a time-domain position n; determining, according to a result of the determining, a frequency-domain position of a bandwidth part (BWP) for receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) at a time-domain position n+1, and receiving the PDCCH at the BWP of the frequency-domain position. The technique determines the frequency-domain position of the BWP for receiving the PDCCH by determining whether it is necessary to receive the PDSCH at the time-domain position preceding the current time-domain position for receiving the PDCCH, greatly reducing or even eliminating the influence of the adjustment time interval for the user equipment (UE) to convert the BWP on the normal data reception of the UE, which ensures the receiving performance and the throughput level of the received data of the UE.

    The present application discloses a method and device for transmitting a signal. the method comprises: detecting a downlink control channel by a user equipment (UE) using a compact downlink control information (DCI) format; acquiring configuration information by the UE in a preconfigured manner when the UE correctly detected the downlink control channel using the compact DCI format; performing an uplink transmission by the UE based on the configuration information. It is easy for the UE to acquire the scheduled uplink transmission and/or the downlink transmission, and the corresponding feedback information using the compact DCI format to complete the transmission of the corresponding signal.
