    摘要: There is disclosed an adaptive de-interlacing method and apparatus based on a phase corrected field of an input interlaced picture signal, and a recording medium storing computer programs for executing the method. The method includes: generating a phase corrected kth field by compensating a phase of the kth field of the input interlaced picture signal by 1 line frequency; calculating a first motion vector between the phase corrected kth field and the (k−1)th field of the interlaced picture signal; calculating a second motion vector between the (k−1)th field and the (k+1)th field of the interlaced picture signal; and determining whether there is motion of the input picture based on the first and second motion vector values, and generating a kth progressive frame based on the result and the kth field. Thus, a serration phenomenon is minimized after de-interlacing by more exactly detecting the motion information of a corresponding inserted field.

The multi-view moving picture encoding apparatus includes: a multi-view picture receiver which receives the multi-view picture and a plurality of camera parameters; a camera parameter information setting unit which selects a camera parameter to be used for encoding the multi-view picture from among the plurality of the received camera parameters, and sets information which indicates the selected camera parameter; and an encoder which encodes the multi-view picture on the basis of the set information. The image processing apparatus includes: an image dividing unit receiving a 3D image and dividing the 3D image into a left-eye image and a right-eye image; a histogram generation unit estimating disparities between the left-eye image and the right-eye image, measuring a frequency with which the estimated disparities occur, and generating a histogram of the disparities and the frequency; a horizontal movement value determination unit determining a horizontal movement value for the left-eye image and the right-eye image using the generated histogram; and a horizontal movement unit moving the left-eye image and the right-eye image horizontally based on the determined horizontal movement value. The image processing apparatus can control convergence of an image to enhance 3D effects and reduce eye fatigue.
