The plural balls 12 of the motion guide device 10 are disposed in an endless circulation passage 20 composed of a loaded rolling passage 15 formed between the track rail 11 and the movable member 13, and a non-loaded rolling passage formed to the movable member 13 so as to connect one and another ends of the loaded rolling passage 15. A portion of the track rail 11 or movable member 13 in the vicinity of the rolling member rolling surface thereof contacting to the plural balls 12 is formed of a metal material, and the other portion thereof is formed of an FRP. According to such structure, there can be provided a motion guide device 10 having a high strength and a high rigidity as well as a reduced weight.

    摘要: Provided is a rolling guiding device which makes it possible to easily provide a movement block with an endless circulation path for the balls even in a case of a small-sized rolling guiding device using balls of a relatively small diameter and which can be produced easily and at low cost. In one surface of a movement block (2) opposed to a rolling groove (13) of a raceway rail (1), there is formed a track groove (21) through which balls (3) makes an endless circulation. The track groove (21) is composed of: a load straight-line groove (22) which allows, between the track groove (21) and the rolling groove (13) of the raceway rail (1), the balls (3) to roll while bearing a load; a pair of ball deflection grooves (24) and (24) respectively provided at both ends of the load straight-line groove (22) and adapted to release the balls (3) having rolled through the straight-line groove (22) from the load and to change their rolling direction, causing the balls (3) to leave the rolling groove (13) of the raceway rail (1); and a non-load straight-line groove (23) for transferring the ball (3) in a non-load state from one deflection groove (24) to the other ball deflection groove (24).

The loaded ball rolling groove 2 and the ball circulation groove 3 of the nut 1 are formed by cutting the inner peripheral surface of the nut which was preliminarily heat-treated.     摘要: A method of forming a scribe line on a work surface is carried out by a scribing apparatus comprising a scribe body including an abutment member, such as cutter provided with an penetrator, having at least first and second ridgelines and a sharp tip end portion and a vibration generating member for periodically applying vibrations to the abutment member. A vibration is applied to the abutment member with the tip end portion thereof abutting against the work surface, and the scribe body is relatively moved along the work surface to thereby form a scribe line on the work surface. In this scribing method, a first angle constituted by the first ridgeline of the abutment member and the work surface and a second angle constituted by the second ridgeline thereof and the work surface are made different from each other and the first and second ridgelines are opposed in the moving direction of the scribe body.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a lubricating oil supply system provided in a rolling guide apparatus with which a track shaft and a slide member are engaged through a rolling element such as a ball or a roller, and lubricating a rolling surface of the rolling element formed on the rolling element or the track shaft, and more particularly to an improvement for securely performing a lubrication of the rolling guide apparatus by a simple and inexpensive structure. The lubricating oil supply system comprises a supply member impregnating the lubricating oil, fixed to the slide member and applying the lubricating oil with respect to the rolling surface of the rolling element or the track shaft together with a motion of the slide member, a reservoir tank receiving the lubricating oil and mounted to the movable element, and a supply tube having a fiber entangling element therewithin and introducing the lubricating oil within the reservoir tank to the supply member.
