The rewinding is carried out according to the steps of feeding a web (1) of paper into a winding cradle (4); arranging upstream of the cradle (4) a counter support roller (8) comprising at least a cutting slit (9) transversal to the web and a cutting roller (11) with a blade (10) so that it is possible the cut or tear the web (1) for contact of the blade (10) with the web (1); concluding the winding of the log (2a); winding the new log (2b) up to a predetermined length of the web (1); rotating with sliding the counter support roller (8) on the web (1) during the winding of the new log (2b) for causing the blade (10) to cut the web in a desired chosen location.

    摘要： The present invention relates to dispensing cartons for sheet materials such as polymeric sheets, metallic foils, and other sheet materials, particularly those suitable for use in the containment and protection of various items including perishable materials. The present invention further relates to such cartons which permit end-loading of the roll of product into the carton during the manufacturing process. The present invention provides an asymmetrical carton for containing and dispensing a roll of sheet material. The carton has a longitudinal axis, and has both an erected condition and a flattened condition. The carton when erected forms a cylindrical structure having an asymmetrical polygonal cross-section formed from a plurality of substantially planar side panels. The carton has fold lines defined by the intersection of adjacent side panels, and is foldable into a flattened condition by folding the carton at two fold lines to form a substantially planar structure.

    摘要： A tape dispenser comprising a hub unit and a housing that can be removed from the hub unit to dispense tape. The hub unit comprises a hub for holding a roll of tape, and two flanges, one on each of the opposite ends of the hub. One of the flanges optionally has a cutting edge along a portion of its outer periphery for severing tape pulled over the cutting edge. A plurality of tabs are provided generally adjacent the periphery of at least one of the flanges. The tabs tend to prevent accidental unwinding of tape from the tape dispenser unit. The housing covers the periphery of the flanges (including the cutting edge if provided).

    摘要： A dispenser is disclosed for retaining and dispensing plastic bags which are wound on a core. The dispenser is made of heavy metal wire configured to provide curved tracks in which a core can ride. The dispenser includes a separating tongue which enables a customer to dispense the bags one by one by pulling on the free end of the outermost bag. In order to prevent freewheeling, a braking surface is provided which engages the roll and retards rotation. A supplemental braking force is provided by spring elements mounted within the tracks which apply a frictional force to the ends of core. The spring elements are oriented such that the force applied to the core by the springs as the roll rotates when the bags are dispensed, causes the roll to tend to move downwardly into engagement with the braking surface. The spring elements are attached to the dispenser at a point below the braking surface. As a result, the braking force applied by the springs increases as the size of the roll decreases.
