    摘要: A printer includes improved paper feeding mechanism. A manual paper guide plate below an automatic paper feeding device can guide a thick piece of paper into a printing position on the platen without bending it hard around the platen. A pin tractor below the manual paper guide plate can feed a continuous web substantially straight into the printing position. A print head below the platen prints out on the lower surface of printing paper, whereby the printed individual cut sheets of paper being piled up one after another with the printed surface facing downward in a proper page order. A paper tray for holding the printed paper can alternatively change its position to reverse the discharge direction of the printed continuous web. The printed and reversed paper can be stacked on the upper surface of the manual paper guide plate.

    摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus including an ultrasonic vibrating element, a rotator for rotating the ultrasonic vibrating element, an illuminating window and an observing window arranged in a side wall of an inserting portion. The apparatus is so arranged that the center axis of the inserting portion is deviated from that of the rotator with respect to the radial direction but the center of curvature of a cover window surrounding the rotator is coincident with the center axis of the rotator. Therefore, a uniform resolving power can be obtained in all directions into which the ultrasonic wave is transmitted. Then an ultrasonic image without undesired artificates is displayed on a screen of a monitor and the outer diameter of the inserting portion can be made small.

    摘要: An endoscope comprises an elongated inserting section having an illumination window and an observation window at a distal end portion thereof, an imaging device for forming an optical image of an object upon receiving light reflected from the object radiated through the observation window, and an ultrasonic probe disposed at the distal end portion of the inserting section and adapted to obtain an ultrasonic image of the object. A signal processing apparatus to which the endoscope is connected comprises: an optical-image signal processing device adapted to effect signal processing for the imaging device and to generate a video signal of the optical image and having an optical image memory device for storing the optical image, an ultrasonic-image signal processing device adapted to effect signal processing for the ultrasonic probe and to generate a video signal of the ultrasonic image and having an ultrasonic image memory device for storing the ultrasonic image, and a memory device control device which is adapted to control writing and reading by the optical image memory device and the ultrasonic image memory device, and which, when a moving ultrasonic image is viewed, makes it possible to display a still optical image, and, when a moving optical image is viewed, makes it possible to display a still ultrasonic image.

    摘要: A printer for printing characters through a printing ribbon on printing paper placed on a platen by moving a carriage along the platen and driving a printing head on the carriage. The platen is placed in the rear end portion of the printer frame. An opening for insertion of printing paper is formed in the rear end surface of the frame to which the platen is approximated. A feeder for feeding continuous printing paper is provided for connection to this opening. The feeder includes a pair of laterally adjustable feed guide blocks each having a sprocket wheel. These blocks are essentially hollow and have interior reinforcing plates and an open bottom.

The ultrasonic endoscope of this invention is provided with a water path switch means capable of causing the water-supply path in the universal cord to communicate with one or both of the optical system water-supply pipe and the balloon water-injection pipe in the insertion portion.
