    Abstract: The intensive use furniture comprises one piece hollow body having a wood grain finish comprising a translucent first layer of plastic such as polyethylene of a first color having a relief portion wherein the translucent first layer comprises ridges and valleys with graduated transitions. The translucent first layer comprises a variable thickness layer on top of a base layer. The base layer having a second complementary color. The hollow body may further comprise a foamed layer of polyethylene on the base layer. Linear support ribs may extend from the foamed layer into the hollow body. The intensive use furniture attached to a building surface by a recessed attachment device having a recessed keyed removal.

    Abstract: The invention is directed to a molded bed having a contoured sleeping surface surrounded by a liquid barrier. The sleeping surface having a plurality of channels formed therein terminating at a plurality of drains extending through the bed to direct loose liquid on the sleeping surface through a drain. The bed further comprising a means for attaching the bed to a floor and a tamper resistance glide assembly inserted in a foot on the bed, the glide comprising a floor engaging pad having a support shaft extending there from, a traveler on the support shaft.     Abstract: An adapter cap for a sealed lead acid battery comprises a non-conductive housing having a base perimeter adapted for flush alignment with the top surface of a battery which is dimensioned to encompass the tab terminals of the battery. Conductive material is secured to the housing and extends through a portion of the housing which is configured as a female connectors adapted for sliding engagement with the battery tab terminals to provide an electrical coupling external to the housing. A recharging jack is disposed in the housing which is electrically coupled to the portions of conductive material. The housing including an aperture therein to receive a mated component for the recharging jack, whereby the adapter cap provides a charging connection that protects the battery tabs and a recharging connection electrically coupled to the battery tabs.

    Abstract: An intensive use furniture concealed attachment device for securing furniture in a safe manner having a building bracket attached to the floor or wall and a tab attached to the furniture. The building bracket includes a tab flange and a pin flange. The tab is attached to the furniture in a mounting saddle formed on a mounting surface. The tab is adapted to slidingly engage the building bracket. A hole is formed in the furniture adjacent to the mounting saddle. A guide tube is disposed on the pin flange. A ball pin inserted into the hole and through the guide tube to engage the pin flange and connect the furniture to the building bracket. The tab connected to the building bracket provides support in the x, y and z axis directions.
