    摘要: A power converter apparatus in which a switched capacitor circuit includes one or more sets of cells connected in series each having a capacitor as a voltage supply source and a bridge circuit for inverting the polarities of the capacitor, the switched capacitor circuit is connected to a load, there is provided a means for parallelly charging the capacitors of the cells with a D.C. voltage source, any number of the cell capacitors are connected in series with any polarity to control supply of an A.C. output to the load. Whereby the power converter apparatus using the switched capacitor circuit can supply A.C. power with less distortion to the load without increasing the withstand voltage of the switching elements and without any need for provision of large inductors or capacitors.

    摘要: Light reflecting layers 45a that totally reflect light are provided inside the subpixels 10 disposed in particular regions on an inner face of a TFT array substrate 4, and light reflecting layers 45b that scatter light are provided inside the subpixels 10 other than those. Thanks to this, the reflectance of the light reflecting layers 45a can be rendered different from that of the light reflecting layers 45b. As a result, differences can be created in the display light formed by the light reflecting layers 45a and by the light reflecting layers 45b, by means of the light that is reflected thereat. Thereby, fine adjustment of the display light brightness and contrast is enabled, so that a liquid crystal display device 1 with extensive power of expression and superior display characteristics is provided.

    摘要: The present invention is an electrophotographic transfer paper where at least one side of the base paper is given a coating layer with a pigment and an adhesive agent to form coated paper and where the aforementioned adhesive contains a branched poly(meth)acrylamide copolymer having a cationic groups and/or anionic groups and also has a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 1,000,000. The electrophotographic transfer paper in the present invention has superior high-speed throughput performance despite low basis weight and a low coating weight, therefore, good for high-speed copy machine and printer properties, especially, when it contained a printability improver in the coating layer, it has a good ink adhesion property and surface strength required in offset printing.

    摘要: A liquid crystal device includes a pair of substrates that face each other, a liquid crystal layer that is interposed between the pair of substrates, electrodes that are formed on opposing surfaces of the pair of substrates so as form a plurality of subpixel regions, in each of which a reflective display region having a light-reflective film reflecting light and a transmissive display region transmitting light are provided, and an insulating layer that is formed between one of the pair of substrates and the liquid crystal layer such that a thickness of the liquid crystal layer in the reflective display region is smaller than a thickness of the liquid crystal layer in the transmissive display region. The insulating layer is formed to have a first film thickness in the reflective display region, and is provided between the transmissive display region of a predetermined subpixel region and the transmissive display region of a subpixel region adjacent to the predetermined subpixel region. A portion of the insulating layer is formed to have a film thickness smaller than the first film thickness between the transmissive display region of the predetermined subpixel region and the transmissive display region of the subpixel region adjacent to the predetermined subpixel region.
