    摘要: An electronic device adapted for adjusting a light effect of a CCFL is provided. The electronic device is electronically connected to the CCFL. The electronic device comprises a PWM controller configured to receive at least a digital signal and to output a specific-frequency reference signal according to the digital signal, a driver electronically connected to the PWM controller and configured to output a first voltage signal according to the specific-frequency reference signal, and a transformer electronically connected to the driver and the CCFL. The transformer amplifies the first voltage signal to generate a second voltage signal and sends the second voltage signal to the CCFL. A light effect is generated by the CCFL according to the second voltage signal.

    摘要: A circuit for controlling a lighting load may operate to minimize flicker in the lighting load and electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise generated on an AC voltage supply for the lighting load. The circuit comprises a bus-voltage-generating circuit for generating a bus voltage, a load regulation circuit having an inverter circuit, and a high speed control circuit characterized by a cutoff frequency much greater than a frequency of a voltage ripple on the bus voltage. The control circuit may comprise an error amplifier circuit configured to spread the frequency of operation of the inverter circuit at a set intensity level of the lighting load into a spread spectrum of frequencies to reduce the time average of peaks of the spectrum of frequencies and peak EMI levels. The circuit may also comprise a non-linear amplifier circuit amplifying a lamp-current-feedback signal representative of the magnitude of the load current through the lighting load.

    摘要: An apparatus and a method for driving a fluorescent lamp are provided. The apparatus submitted by the present invention includes an LC resonator and an automatic frequency tracing circuit. The LC resonator is used for receiving and converting a square signal to generate a sinusoidal driving signal for driving the fluorescent lamp. The automatic frequency tracing circuit is used for making a frequency of the sinusoidal driving signal automatically following a resonant frequency of the LC resonator according to a feedback signal related to the sinusoidal driving signal.

    摘要: Timer-based switching circuit synchronization in an electrical dimmer is provided. The energizing of a switching circuit in a dimmer is synchronized with an AC wave to facilitate providing by the dimmer electrical power to a load. The synchronizing includes starting a timer having a predetermined timeout, responsive to receipt of a zero-crossing signal. Responsive to receipt of a subsequent zero-crossing signal prior to reaching the timeout, the timer is restarted, and responsive to expiration of the timeout, a switching circuit is energized at a predetermined firing angle with respect to the zero-crossing signal to supply electrical power to the load.

    摘要: A transformer wiring method and apparatus for fluorescent lighting are described. The fluorescent lighting apparatus includes a transformer and a ballast. An installer is easily able to balance the system load because each fluorescent lighting apparatus includes its own transformer and may be connected directly to a facility's three phase power distribution while still operating at rated voltages. Moreover, the ballast is protected from surges and stray voltages thereby reducing the frequency of ballast failures.
