    摘要: A digital audio recorder and system efficiently increases a sampling frequency and a number of bits of a digital audio recording. The digital audio system has a frequency analyzer receives a first digital waveform data having a sampling frequency fs1 and N1 number of bits and determining a sampling frequency fs2 in accordance with a highest frequency component of the first digital waveform data. A delay device delays the first digital waveform data a time period equal to the time required for the frequency analyzer to determine the highest frequency component and then sends the first digitial waveform data to a frequency converter. The frequency converter converts the first digital waveform data to a second digital waveform data having the sampling frequency fs2 and a number of bits N2. A bit number converter converts the second digital waveform data to a third digital waveform data having a sampling frequency fs2 and a number of bits N3 determined in response to variation in the sampling frequency fs2 such that the product of fs2 and N3 is constant. A memory device stores the third digital waveform data.

The light beam generating device generates a fundamental wavelength laser light beam when excited by a light beam from the excitation light source, and wavelength-converts the fundamental wavelength laser light beam into a second harmonics laser light beam by a first resonator having a first non-linear optical crystal element while also converting the second harmonics laser light beam into a second harmonics laser light beam by a second resonator having a second non-linear optical crystal element. The controller controls an output of the excitation light source in order to control an output of the fourth-order harmonics laser light beam from the light beam generating device. The contracting optical system projects a pattern in a contracted size on a wafer by the fourth-order harmonics laser light beam outputted from the optical beam generating device.

    摘要: An exposure device in which a reticle having a circuit pattern of a semiconductor device formed on it is irradiated with light beam emanated from a light source, such as a laser light source, for exposing the circuit pattern formed on the reticle on a semiconductor wafer. The exposure device includes a light beam generator for illuminating the reticle having a semiconductor circuit pattern formed on it, an image-forming optical system for forming an image on a wafer of a light image produced on radiating a light beam on the reticle from the light beam generator. The exposure device also includes a movement unit for moving the wafer relative to the image-forming optical system, and an alignment unit for detecting the position on the wafer of the image formed on the wafer by the image-forming optical system for position matching the image by the image-forming optical system relative to the wafer. The light beam generator includes a light source for excitation, a first resonator and a second resonator. The first resonator is illuminated by the light beam from the light source for excitation and outputs the light beam from the light source for excitation after waveform conversion. The second resonator is illuminated by the light beam from the first resonator and outputs the light beam from the first resonator after waveform conversion.
