    摘要: A vented finger ring and its method of manufacture are provided. The vented ring includes an outer ring portion, an inner ring portion, and an anti-stretch element positioned between the outer ring portion and the inner ring portion. The inner ring portion includes lateral grooves connected to inner grooves, the connected lateral grooves and inner grooves forming at least one fluid conduit from a first side of the vented ring to a second side of the vented ring. The method includes injecting a first material into a first mold to form an outer ring portion, injecting a second material into a second mold to form an inner ring portion, and positioning an anti-stretch element between the outer ring portion and the inner ring portion. The second mold includes at least one feature on a surface thereof, the at least one feature corresponding to connected lateral grooves and inner grooves on an inner surface of the inner ring portion.

    摘要: Disclosed is a production method for a bezel for display panels, whereby unnecessary material costs are reduced, a three dimensional surface shape can easily be imparted and deformation can be minimized The production method for a bezel for display panels according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) providing a lower mould formed so as to have a three-dimensional pattern for imparting the surface shape of the bezel at the molding surface; (b) fastening a gasket to the molding-surface edge of the lower mould; (c) fasten an upper mould, which is provided with a raw-material injection part, on the gasket on the lower mould; (d) injecting a polymeric raw material for the bezel via the raw-material injection part of the upper mould; and (e) transferring the three-dimensional pattern formed in the molding surface of the lower mould, while curing the polymeric raw material.

    摘要: A Flexible VCD Having Domed Center and Method of Making Thereof is disclosed. The disc will has a flat data storage section of its substrate that is less than 0.7 millimeters thick, while the central region of the disc is defined by a dome structure adjacent to the spindle aperture that is of standard digital disc thickness. The disc is thin enough such that its substrate is flexible. The dome structure is shaped to provide the widest compatibility with player/recorders, as well as with disc printing systems. Disc versions are available that provide conical dome structures, as well as slivered dome structures of both conical and rectangular cross-section. The method for manufacturing the discs simply requires the replacement of the conventional stamper holder with a stamper holding having a non-flat face.

    摘要: Provided is a method of treating a surface of a mold to achieve good demoldability and capable of preventing wearing of the mold by avoiding load concentration on one part of the surface of the mold. After a first blasting is performed on the surface of the mold to remove a hardened layer produced on the surface and/or to adjust the surface roughness, a second blasting is performed to create fine irregularities on the surface. Then, an elastic abrasive in which abrasive grains are carried on an elastic body, or a plate-like abrasive having a planar shape with a maximum length that is 1.5 to 100 times the thickness thereof, is ejected onto the surface of the mold at an inclined ejection angle such that the abrasive is caused to slide along the mold surface to flatten peaks of the irregularities created on the mold surface.
