Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for filling Doppler signal gaps. The method comprises steps of: storing Doppler signals before and after a gap; analyzing spectral characteristics of the Doppler signals to be filled; judging whether the Doppler signals are to be frequency compensated according to the spectral parameters; compensating the Doppler signals; and filling the gap by means of weighting and superposing the frequency compensated Doppler signals to be filled and the original Doppler signals before and after the gap based on the judging result. According to the method of the present invention, the Doppler signals before and after the gap are first subjected to frequency compensation, and then weighted and superposed with the acquired Doppler signals, thus obtaining a continuous spectrogram and audio output and maintaining the original spectral characteristics of the Doppler signal.

Abstract: The present invention is a method and apparatus for creating a reduced-order IC interconnect model, which incorporates variations in interconnect process parameters, and models both on-chip and off-chip interconnects. The method is based on mathematically representing an IC interconnect system, including mathematical interconnect process parameter terms, which are manipulated to facilitate simplification of an IC interconnect model. The IC interconnect model is then simplified by using a mathematical technique called state-space projection. Specifically, an IC interconnect system is represented with at least one modified nodal analysis equation (MNA) that is based on frequency, interconnect process parameters are added and substituted back into the MNA(s), terms with interconnect process parameters are explicitly matched. A state-space projection is created, which implicitly matches frequency terms. The state-space projection is used to create the reduced-order IC interconnect model.

Abstract: A vehicular torsion bar suspension device, which comprises a front torsion bar spring and a rear torsion bar spring respectively installed at front and rear suspensions of the vehicle. The opposite ends of the front and rear torsion bar springs on the same side are connected mutually by a connection mechanism, and are connected with a vehicle frame through a positioning device. The connection mechanism is mounted between the front and rear torsion bar springs on the same side, so that a linkage relationship is established between the front and rear torsion bar springs. The device improves the vibration situation of the vehicle when driving the vehicle on an uneven ground, and prevents the vehicle frame and vehicle body skeleton from suffering torsional force. As a result, the usage life of the vehicle is prolonged.
