摘要: A tensioning device for attachment to a vehicle suspension system reduces play at ends of a pan hard bar (track bar) of the vehicle suspension system, remedying instabilities that can occur in vehicle suspensions. The device can include a bracket clamped to the pan hard bar at a point between the ends of the pan hard bar, or may be otherwise mounted to a bracket formed on the pan hard bar in OEM installations. The other end of the device is secured to the frame or the axle of the vehicle, generally near an end of the pan hard bar. The device is pre-tensioned to apply force at the ends of the pan hard bar, and includes a damping plunger to also damp forces that vibrate the ends of the pan hard bar, further loosening attachments. The tension is field-adjustable and may be tuned for various applications.

For steering the wheel (3), the wheel carrier (2) and the wheel-guiding control arm (4) are articulated to one another in such manner that the wheel carrier (2) can pivot relative to the wheel-guiding control arm (4) about a steering axis. The wheel carrier (2) is connected indirectly to the control arm (4) in a first connection zone (20) by an integral link (5).

摘要: A suspension device for an in-wheel motor driven wheel is provided. An upper suspension arm is pivotally supported on the vehicle body for supporting the wheel in a vehicle upper position higher than an axle. A link member pivotally connects the wheel to the upper suspension arm and has an absorber connecting portion connected to a lower end of the shock absorber. The shock absorber connecting portion is disposed in the vehicle bottom position lower than an upper end portion of the in-wheel motor unit. The shock absorber is disposed between the vehicle body and the in-wheel motor unit and inclined so as to be closer to the vehicle body toward the lower end.

A rear drive unit is operably coupled between the prop-shaft and the pair of rear wheels, the rear drive unit being configured to transmit torque from the prop-shaft to the pair of rear wheels. A twist-beam structure is provided having a first trailing arm and a second trailing arm. Each of the trailing arms is operably coupled to one of the pair of rear wheels. The twist-beam structure further comprising a curved beam member extending between the trailing arms, the curved beam member having a center portion disposed offset from the prop-shaft. A Watt linkage includes a first link coupled to the first trailing arm and a second link coupled to the second trailing arm.
