    摘要: Method and apparatus for achieving high precision sampling recovery at a relatively low sampling rate. The apparatus includes: a sampling rate conversion module for converting the sampling rate of a received signal to an required sampling rate; a time domain impulse response estimation module for estimating a time domain impulse response of a transmission channel according to data output by the sampling rate conversion module; a high order interpolation module for performing high order interpolation to one or more selected transmission paths after obtaining the time domain impulse response; and a sampling error information extraction module for extracting sampling phase offset information and sampling frequency offset information based on interpolation results and drifts in two consecutive interpolation results of the high order interpolation step. The apparatus is capable of realizing fast high precision locking of sampling phase and correction of sampling frequency offset at a relatively low sampling rate.

    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for channel estimation are disclosed. The method includes: converting −1's in a local Barker code to 0's; receiving a first preamble symbol output from a first Barker correlator and a second preamble symbol output from a second Barker correlator with a symbol determination module, the first preamble symbol being adjacent to the second preamble symbol; multiplying a result output from the symbol determination module with a correlation result output from the cyclic Barker correlator by using a multiplication module so as to obtain a channel estimation response; and receiving channel estimation responses with a time-domain channel data storage unit, and averaging them to obtain a noise-reduced channel estimation response. The channel estimation method and apparatus of the present invention can be achieved based on few hardware resources and low computation complexity.

    摘要: A method of characterizing a device under test (DUT) includes determining a goal function associated with a setup and hold time for the DUT. A minimum value for the goal function is determined by iteratively adjusting setup and hold times for input data to the DUT, and determining whether the DUT performs according to specifications. The minimum goal function value will reflect minimum setup and hold time values based on weights associated with the goal function. This allows the minimum setup and hold times for the DUT to be characterized with a small number of binary searches, improving the speed of the characterization process.

    摘要: A method for determining coefficients of a family of cascaded second order Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) parametric filters used for equalizing a room response. The method includes determining parameters of each IIR parametric filter from poles or roots of a reasonably high-order Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) model. The LPC model is able to accurately model the low-frequency room response modes providing better equalization of loudspeaker and room acoustics, particularly at the low frequencies. Advantages of the method include fast and efficient computation of the LPC model using a Levinson-Durbin recursion to solve the normal equations that arise from the least squares formulation. Due to possible band interactions between the cascaded IIR parametric filters, the method further includes optimizing the Q value of each filter to better equalize the room response.
