A method and device for processing carrier resource of an unlicensed carrier and a transmission node are disclosed. The method includes: determining, in a competitive way, to access the unlicensed carrier in a transmission window; and accessing, according to a predetermined access condition, the unlicensed carrier, wherein the predetermined access condition includes at least one of: a determined length of the transmission window, the maximum access times in the transmission window and the maximum access time in the transmission window.

Provided are a data sending method and device in spectrum aggregation. When downlink aggregation is performed on the plurality of cells of different types, the method includes that: HARQ information of the plurality of cells is centralized and sent on uplink subframes corresponding to a TDD cell among the plurality of cells, wherein the TDD cell is a primary cell while other cells are secondary cells and it is given that an uplink-downlink configuration of the primary cell is configuration X, where Xε{0,1,2,3,4,5,6}, downlink subframes are configured on each FDD cell for a UE so that a network can send a PDCCH/a PDSCH for the UE only on the configured downlink subframes while the UE detects and receives the PDCCH/PDSCH on the configured downlink subframes.

A method and apparatus for transmitting HARQ-ACK information are provided. The method includes: in a CA TDD system, when uplink-downlink configurations of aggregated serving cells are different, and a mode of PUCCH format 1b with channel selection is configured to be used to feed back the HARQ-ACK, determining, according to a timing relationship between the PDSCH and the HARQ-ACK information complied by a secondary serving cell, a set of downlink subframes of aggregated serving cells in a feedback window corresponding to an uplink subframe; and determining, according to the relationship between the sets of downlink subframes of the aggregated serving cells in a feedback window corresponding to uplink subframe, the transmission mode of the HARQ-ACK information of the serving cells and the used PUCCH resources when transmitting the HARQ-ACK information; and on the determined PUCCH resources, transmitting the HARQ-ACK information by using the determined transmission mode of the HARQ-ACK information.
