Abstract: Presented are systems and methods for resource allocation. A wireless communication device may receive information from a wireless communication node, the information comprising a location of a starting symbol (S) and a time domain duration (L) of a first transmission occasion for a set of one or more transmissions, a number of consecutive slots, and a number (N) of transmission occasions in a time slot, each transmission occasion defining a time window for one of the one or more transmissions. The wireless communication device may determine a location of a last transmission occasion of the set. The wireless communication device may perform the set of one or more transmissions across the number of consecutive time slots according to the information and the location of the last transmission occasion.

Abstract: Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) can be effectively allocated and utilized by base stations and mobile stations. In an exemplary embodiment, a mobile station receives from a base station an allocation of a first set channel resource groups. The base station assigns a second set of channel resource groups. The mobile station decodes, based on the second set of channel resource groups, one or more channel resources to transmit messages to the base station. A benefit of the disclosed exemplary embodiments is that a base station can dynamically assign channel resources to a mobile station.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The method includes: determining a time domain location for transmitting the PUSCH according to a downlink transmission time interval TTI for receiving a scheduling grant; and transmitting the PUSCH in the determined time domain location; wherein the scheduling grant comprises at least one of: indication information for indicating whether to transmit a demodulation reference signal DMRS; first time domain location related information for transmitting the demodulation reference signal DMRS; second time domain location related information for transmitting data; information on frequency domain density of the demodulation reference signal DMRS; and frequency domain offset information of the demodulation reference signal DMRS.
