    Abstract: Provided is a method and an apparatus for encoding CSI, a storage medium, and a processor, where the method includes: placing a first type of information bits of the CSI in a first type of position indexes of the position index set, and determining, from the indexes other than the first type of position indexes determined by the first type of information bits in the position index set, indexes of the second type of information bits of the CSI, indexes of the third type of information bits of the CSI, and indexes of the fourth type of information bits in the position index set; or placing the fourth type of information bits in the fourth type of position indexes of the position index set, and determining indexes of the first type of information bits, indexes of the second type of information bits, and indexes of the third type of information bits of the CSI in the position index set from indexes other than the fourth type of position indexes determined by the fourth type of information bits in the position index set. The present disclosure solves the problem that positions of various types of information in the CSI reporting cannot be reasonably mapped in the related art.

    Abstract: Provided are methods and apparatuses for transmitting and receiving control signaling and for determining information. The method include determining second information according to first information, where the second information includes at least one of the following: the number N of bits used in first control signaling to notify a first transmission parameter, a correspondence mapping table between an index value referenced by the first transmission parameter in the first control signaling and the value of the first transmission parameter, the type of the first transmission parameter notified by a predetermined indication field in the first control signaling, or position information of the bits used in the first control signaling to notify the first transmission parameter; and where the first information includes a relationship between a transmission time interval between the first control signaling and a first signal and a predetermined threshold K, where N and K are non-negative integers; and transmitting the first control signaling.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for reporting an antenna port weighting vector. The method includes: receiving quantization mode information of weighting coefficients of second vectors configured by a second node, or reporting to a second node quantization mode information of weighting coefficients of the second vectors; and reporting to the second node the second vectors and weighting coefficients of the second vectors quantized according to the quantization mode information; where the quantization mode information includes information indicating a quantization state set; a first vector is an antenna port weighting vector and consists of the second vectors; and the second vectors include at least one of the following vectors: vectors of which elements have a one-to-one correspondence with antenna ports or vectors of which elements have a one-to-one correspondence with reported frequency domain sub-bands.
