Abstract: The present disclosure relates to access methods and apparatuses. In one example method, a terminal device determines, based on whether a first frequency offset parameter is in a frequency offset parameter range, whether to access a first cell. If the first frequency offset parameter is in the frequency offset parameter range, a current location of the terminal device is not at an edge of the cell. Otherwise, the current location of the terminal device may be at the edge of the cell.

Abstract: This application discloses a photographing method and apparatus, to overcome blurring that occurs during photographing. When a zoom ratio is greater than a first zoom ratio threshold, a long-focus camera is started to capture an image. A zoom ratio of the long-focus camera is greater than or equal to the first zoom ratio threshold. Because a high zoom ratio causes large shake, a rotational blur occurs in the image. According to the photographing method disclosed in this application, a first neural network model for rotational image deblurring is used to implement rotational image deblurring processing. In this way, high imaging quality of an image, a video, or a preview image is presented to a user to some extent, and the imaging effect may not be inferior to the effect of photographing with a tripod.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to moving picture processing, and in particular, to cases where non-rectangular partitioning modes are used for inter-prediction in a combination with weighted prediction (WP) for coding fades. Non-rectangular modes refer to those inter-prediction modes, in which case a current block is partitioned/sliced in a non-rectangular way (slices). Such modes may be triangular (TMP) or geometric (GEO) prediction. The aim of the disclosure is to harmonize non-rectangular partitioning modes with WP by way of disabling TMP/GEO when WP is applied. This may be accomplished by checking whether all reference pictures for a current slice are disabled, and if this is the case to disable the slice-level WP for non-rectangular prediction units. Whether the reference pictures are disabled may be determined based on conditions applied on set values, for example, of luma/chroma flags, which refer to the reference pictures.

Abstract: A quasi-omnidirectional antenna and a signal transceiver are provided. Abstract: In a database replication operation, a source end device obtains at least two groups of transaction logs from a log file of a source end database in parallel, where the at least two groups of transaction logs include a first group of transaction logs and a second group of transaction logs. The first group of transaction logs includes at least a first transaction log and a second transaction log that are adjacent to each other, and the second group of transaction logs includes at least a third transaction log and a fourth transaction log that are adjacent to each other, and a generation time point of the second transaction log is earlier than a generation time point of the third transaction log. The source end device then sends the at least two groups of transaction logs to a destination end device.
