摘要: In combination with a rolling press having a passage into which the printed sheets are delivered passing by a counter head, and a turn table which can be turned 180* according to a signal from the counter head whenever a definite number of the printed sheets has delivered and a bundle has been finished an improvement comprising a counter stacker having a bar plate provided at the upper part of the passage to shut the passage temporarily, a pair of receiving plates provided at the middle part of the passage and made alternately to be inserted into the passage at the uppermost position and then lowered down and drawn out from the passage at the lowest position and then raised along the outside of the passage to the uppermost position where it is inserted again into the passage, and means for controlling the motion of the bar plate to shut the passage according to a signal from the counter head whenever a definite number of the printed sheets has been delivered and at the same time for alternating the stacking motion of the receiving plates.

摘要: Disclosed is a device for loading a bound product, the device holding a product without the product sagging, which has been completed by punching various objects to be bound and then binding same by means of a coil spring, reversing the moving direction to a loading location and thereby enabling neat and stable stacking in a zigzag state without having the coil springs come in contact with one another. A device for loading a bound product, according to the present invention, comprises: a supporting frame unit for providing a distance for the movement of a bound product from a binding location to a loading location; a transfer unit having upper and lower gears, which are axially mounted on one side of the frame unit, a driven gear, which is axially mounted on the other end, a moving belt, for connecting the lower gear and the driven gear, a power belt, which is connected to the upper gear, and a first driving motor, for transmitting power to the power belt; an LM guide having a rail, which is mounted on the frame unit in the length direction, and a block; a reversing unit having a supporting plate, which is fixed on the block of the LM guide and the moving belt, a pinion, of which the upper end is rotatably and axially mounted on the supporting plate, a first cylinder, for operating a rack gear that interlocks with the pinion, and a rotating plate which is fixed on the lower end of the pinion; and a holding unit having a support and a second cylinder which is mounted on the rotating plate of the reversing unit and has a pressure member coupled to the front end thereof so as to hold a bound product.

摘要: A control method for a control apparatus includes obtaining an amount of a recording material applied on a first area of a sheet and an amount of a recording material applied on a second area of the sheet on the basis of image data recorded on the sheet stacked on a stacking unit; and performing control, in a case where a plurality of sheets are stacked on the stacking unit, so that a difference between a total amount of the recording material applied on the first area of the sheets and a total amount of the recording material applied on the second area of the sheets does not exceed a predetermined value on the basis of the obtained amount of the recording material. With this method, a limit of the number of stacked sheets is relieved while stability of the stacked sheets is maintained.
