    摘要: A heat exchanger system for a device for autothermal reforming of a hydrocarbon having a reaction zone fed with at least two fluids which react with one another, the reaction zone being at a higher temperature level than an environment of the device and at least one of the fluids being heated by the reaction products effluent from the reaction zone. The heat exchanger system includes tubes for transporting the effluent reaction products, at least one section of the tubes being arranged essentially parallel to a center axis of the reaction zone and led through the flow path of the fluid to be heated. At least sections of the flow path are curved helically or spirally around the center axis so that the fluid to be heated impinges on and passes around the tubes containing the effluent reaction products essentially perpendicularly. The flow path of the fluid to be heated is laid out with respect to the center axis of the tube arrangement in such a manner that the fluid to be heated is conveyed from outside to inside and/or from inside to outside at least once.

    摘要: A heat exchanger has an outer pressure jacket, which is provided with an entry connection for the supply of and an exit connection for the removal of a first heat exchange medium, the jacket surrounding U-shaped, bent pipes through which a second heat exchange medium flows. The pipes are mounted in a pipe supporting floor that is connected with the pressure jacket. The U-shaped pipes are surrounded by a guide jacket which is inwardly radially spaced from the inside wall of the pressure jacket and defines an intermediate annular space therewith. Inner and outer legs of the U-shaped pipes are respectively positioned on one of two concentrical partial circles. The inner pipe legs surround a central pipe which is oriented along the longitudinal axis of the heat exchanger, is connected with the entry connection, is open towards the interior of the heat exchanger, and extends from one end of the heat exchanger to the vicinity of the pipe supporting floor which is located at the other end of the heat exchanger. A separator jacket is positioned between the inner and outer legs of the U-shaped pipes and is connected to the pipe supporting floor. The guide jacket is sealingly connected at one end with the central pipe and at its open end extends close to the pipe supporting floor. The exit connection which originates from the annular space between the guide jacket and the pressure jacket is positioned at the end of the heat exchanger which is remote from the open end of the guide jacket. The central pipe is provided at an inflow end with a valve chamber including a valve arrangement for controlling the flow of the heat exchange medium through the central pipe for adjustment of the temperature of the heat exchange medium flowing in the jacket.

    摘要: A heat exchanger for heat exchange between at least two fluids includes a plurality of heat exchange elements each having at least one fluid-guiding path for conducting at least one of the fluids through. The heat exchanger has a cylindrical shape or substantially cylindrical shape with a cylinder axis around which the heat exchange elements are adjacently arranged. At lease a region of each of the heat exchange elements forms an outline structure at least substantially like one of a triangular cylinder, a trapezoidal cylinder, a circle-sector cylinder, and an annulus-sector cylinder. As a result of adjacent arrangement of the heat exchange elements, the heat exchanger or at least a region of the heat exchanger has an outline structure at least substantially like one of a polygonal cylinder, a polygonal hollow cylinder, a circular cylinder, and annular cylinder. The cylindrical shape of the heat exchanger may alternatively be a cone frustum. The heat exchanger may be incorporated into an air device.

The system further includes a passage to flow a seal gas between a shell of the radiant syngas cooler and the second section. The shell encloses the cooling chamber.
