摘要: The present invention relates to the field of fluid heat transfer, and discloses a heat transfer enhancement pipe as well as a cracking furnace and an atmospheric and vacuum heating furnace including the same. The heat transfer enhancement pipe (1) includes a pipe body (10) of tubular shape having an inlet (100) for entering of a fluid and an outlet (101) for said fluid to flow out; internal wall of the pipe body (10) is provided with a fin (11) protruding towards interior of the pipe body (10), the fin (11) spirally extends in an axial direction of the pipe body (10), wherein a height of the fin (11) gradually increases from one end in at least a part extension of the fin. The heat transfer enhancement pipe can reduce thermal stress of itself, thereby increasing service life of the heat transfer enhancement pipe.

摘要: A stacked heat exchanger has a high temperature layer with a number of channels into which a high temperature-side fluid is introduced; and a low temperature layer superposed on the high temperature layer having a number of channels into which a low temperature-side fluid is introduced at a temperature lower than the temperature of the high temperature-side fluid. Each channel of the low temperature layer has an upstream-side part in which at least some of the low temperature-side fluid evaporates by being heated by the high temperature-side fluid flowing within the high temperature layer; and a downstream-side part in which the low temperature-side fluid that has evaporated in the upstream-side part is heated by the high temperature-side fluid flowing within the high temperature layer. The upstream-side parts of the low temperature layer occupy a total area smaller than a total area of the downstream-side parts of the low temperature layer.

A plurality of flow channels is defined in the heat exchanger body extending axially with respect to the flow axis. A first set of the flow channels forms a first flow circuit and a second set of the flow channels forms a second flow circuit that is in fluid isolation from the first flow circuit. Each flow channel is fluidly isolated from the other flow channels. The flow channels all conform to a curvilinear profile.

One liquid storage chamber and its corresponding cooling fins have a total heat dissipation efficiency different from a total heat dissipation efficiency of another liquid storage chamber and its corresponding cooling fins.
