摘要: Systems and methods comprising a metering device located on an electricity distribution grid, the metering device comprising one or more processors and memory. The metering device can detect a drop in characteristic of electricity below a threshold indicating a fault on the electricity distribution grid. The metering device can generate, responsive to the drop in the characteristic of electricity below the threshold, a time series of a rate of change of the characteristic of electricity for a predetermined number of cycles subsequent to the detection of the drop. The metering device can determine, based on a comparison of the time series of the rate of change with a predetermined pattern, a location of the metering device on the electricity distribution grid relative to a location of the fault on the electricity distribution grid.

The IP packet preferably includes a content including raw data and/or transformed data, a priority associated with the IP-based message, a security associated with the IP packet, and/or a transport route for communicating the IP-based message via the network.

摘要: A method for primary frequency regulation (PFR)reserve procurement of a renewable energy power system is provided. The renewable energy power system includes synchronous power sources and renewable energy sources, and the renewable energy sources participate in frequency regulation using virtual synchronous machine (VSM) control. The method includes: aggregating generators in the synchronous power sources and renewable energy sources into an equivalent unit having an equivalent governor; based on the equivalent unit, determining system frequency dynamics of the renewable energy power system in a s-domain; transforming the s-domain to a time-domain equation for the system frequency dynamics in both over-damped and under-damped states; according to a first-order optimality condition of the time-domain equation, determining a time domain expression of frequency extremum; stabilizing system frequency of the renewable energy power system by adding a hyperplane based frequency stability constraint; and determining the PFR reserve procurement of the renewable energy power system.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for operating a three-phase inverter on a three-phase load. The three-phase inverter has a direct voltage intermediate circuit, at least one three-phase bridge circuit, and at least one control unit for controlling the bridge circuit. In the at least one bridge circuit, at least two power switches per phase are provided, which are connected in series parallel to the direct voltage intermediate circuit. Depending on predefined target voltage values of the three phases of the inverter, the power switches of each individual phase are actuated via the control unit such that a three-phase alternating voltage is generated on the three-phase load via switching operations of the power switches. Very good dynamic control behaviour can be achieved despite cost-effective dimensioning of the IGBT power switches of the three-phase bridge circuit.

摘要: An online monitoring method for dynamic changes in positions of transmission line conductors based on electromagnetic signals of ground wires and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: monitoring electromagnetic signals of ground wires; in response to changing in the electromagnetic signals, sending waveforms of the electromagnetic signals of the ground wires before and after changing to a data processing end; deducing change situations of mutual inductances between the ground wires and conductors based on values of conductor currents and the change situations of the electromagnetic signals of the ground wires, and further deducing position change situations of the conductors based on the change situations of the mutual inductances between the ground wires and the conductors; and obtaining dynamic changes in positions and movement statuses of the transmission line conductor based on the position change situations of the conductors.

摘要: A method for identifying one or more faulted conductors in a power transmission system having at least two power-transmitting conductors and a method for determining fault location each include steps of monitoring current signals which are representative of currents in the conductors at a generally common location within the power transmission system; filtering the current signals; determining a maximum rate of change of each filtered current signal within a predetermined time interval after the fault event has commenced; and calculating a ratio of a pair of the maximum rates of change of the filtered current signals. For fault classification, the ratio is compared against a discrimination factor to identify the one or more faulted conductors. For fault location, the calculated ratio is compared against the calibration data to determine the distance from the connection terminal of the faulted conductor to the fault location.
