    摘要: The present invention relates a solar roofing tile and manufacturing method thereof. A solar roofing tile comprises a substrate and a solar cell mounted on the substrate. The upper surface of substrate is provided with a zebra vein. The manufacturing method is to make substrate first and then coat dark glaze material to the surface of substrate to form dark vein. The part of substrate without coating glaze material forms a white vein. The dark vein and the white vein constitute zebra veins. Finally bond solar module to the substrate. The object of the present invention is to provide a solar roofing tile to promote air circulation on substrate surface and its manufacturing method to solve the problem of poor heat dissipation, poor efficiency in hot days and hence poor thermal insulation in existing photovoltaic tile.

The solar panel ready tile includes communication pathway connection plugs. The cavity receives a solar panel. A cover may protect the solar panel or the cavity prior to installation of the solar panel. The solar panel ready system may also optionally have sub-panel control system, consisting of one or more of their own power bus interface, communication interface, memory, power status indicators and lighting modules, plurality of sensors and a processing unit.

    摘要: The invention is an asphalt shingle based solar power device, system, and installation method for providing asphalt shingles with embedded photovoltaic solar panels that can be installed on a roof in a manner quite similar to that of standard asphalt shingles, with a minimal need for either extra wiring or skilled labor. The invention provides shingles, underlayment layers (roofing paper), and electrical connecting tape which have embedded electrically conductive ribbon cable, such as flat braded electrical wire, configured so that the same nails that assemble the units together also electrically connect the various devices to form a useful photovoltaic electrical grid. Use of other materials and methods, such as specially designed nails with a middle conductive region, optional self-sealing materials to provide water resistance, use of safety disconnect circuits, and the like is also described.
