Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for attributing payment vehicle purchase events to previous activity of a purchaser. One method comprises: receiving purchase information associated with a purchase event by a purchaser; comparing the received purchase information to a profile data store to identify a purchaser profile associated with the purchaser, the profile data store comprising a plurality of purchaser profiles, wherein each purchaser profile comprises payment vehicle data and a tracking element; determining the tracking element of the identified purchaser profile; identifying one or more activities of the purchaser using the tracking element of the identified purchaser profile; for each of the identified one or more activities, assessing the strength of attributing the purchase event to the activity, using environmental and/or behavioral data associated with the tracking element; and determining whether to attribute the purchase event to one or more of the identified activities based on the assessment.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automatic cost segregation analysis. A method includes obtaining user input presenting a number of real property assets. The user input can be indicative of a selected asset from the number of assets. The method can include obtaining an asset profile for the selected asset from a first database, and historical data associated with the asset from a second database. The asset profile for the selected asset can be previously generated for the asset based on asset data compiled from a number of external sources. The method can include automatically generating a cost segregation estimate for the selected asset based on the asset profile and the historical data. The method can include automatically displaying data indicative of the segregation estimate in response to the user input. The specialized user interfaces described herein allow for automatic segregation analysis and the generation of letters to property owners with minimal user interaction.

Abstract: A system includes a processor, an input unit; and a memory storing software code. The processor executes the software code to receive an activation input from a user, and generate, using the input unit, media content including a performance by the user or a performer. The processor further executes the software code to identify, while generating the media content, a product referenced by the user or performer, dynamically obtain up-to-date marketing data for the product, generate metadata for use in providing one or more product-related prompts synchronized with one or references to the product made by one of the user or the performer during the performance, and output the media content accompanied by the metadata. The one or more product-related prompts enable a consumer of the media content to trigger an interaction associated with the product while consuming the media content.

Abstract: A system and method of acquiring and verifying information is provided. The system comprises a processor, and a memory comprising a sequence of instructions which when executed by the processor configure the processor to perform the method. The method comprises acquiring data from a data source associated with an author of the data, normalizing the acquired data, determining, by the processor, an identity of the author of the data, classifying the normalized data based on the identity and acquired metadata, and storing in a memory the normalized data. Normalizing the acquired data comprises parsing the acquired data for meaningful information, extracting metadata from the acquired data, and mapping the parsed information to internal data structures.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to various ways of improving the functioning of computer systems, information networks, data stores, search engine systems and methods, and other advantages. Among other things, provided herein are methods, systems, components, processes, modules, blocks, circuits, sub-systems, articles, and other elements (collectively referred to in some cases as the “platform” or the “system”) that collectively enable, in a single database and system, the development and maintenance of a set of universal contact objects that relate to the contacts of a business and that have attributes that enable use for a wide range of activities, including sales activities, marketing activities, service activities, content development activities, and others, as well as improved methods and systems for sales, marketing and services that make use of such universal contact objects.

Abstract: In one implementation, a method for determining accurate store traffic levels includes receiving, at a computer system, historical store data for a physical store that was generated by internal data sources located within the physical store; generating, by the computer system, a historical store model that correlates values from store data with guest traffic levels within the physical store; receiving, by the computer system, current store data from one or more of the internal data sources; determining, by the computer system, current guest traffic level in the physical store based on the current store data and the historical store model; and outputting, by the computer system, the current guest traffic level in the physical store.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for generating features to train a predictive model to predict a customer lifetime value or churn rate. In one embodiment, a method is disclosed comprising receiving a record that includes a plurality of fields and selecting a value associated with a selected field in the plurality of fields. The method then queries a lookup table comprising a mapping of values to aggregated statistics using the value and receives an aggregated statistic based on the querying. Next, the method generates a feature vector by annotating the record with the aggregated statistic. The method uses this feature vector as an input to a predictive model.

Abstract: A survey distribution system receives a selection of a first subset of a user population. For example, an administrator of the system may select one or more user attributes of the users among the user population. In response, the survey distribution system identified the first subset of users based on the selected attributes. In some example embodiments, the administrator of the system may additionally define a maximum or minimum number of users to be exposed to the content, as well as targeting parameters for the content, such as a period of time in which to distribute the content to the first subset of users, as well as location criteria, such that the content may only be distributed to users located in specific areas.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of measuring demand in a market. The method gathers data representing events defining relationships between producers and institutions. Each event includes information defining at least a time of event and a type of event. The method determines a trajectory for each producer. Based on the trajectory for each producer, the method generates a dynamic graph specifying the relationships between producers and institutions for a hyperparameter time period. From the dynamic graph, the method generates a projection graph specifying only the relationships between institutions. The method determines a trajectory score for each producer and a performance score for each institution. The trajectory score for a producer is a summation of a rating of each institution that has a relationship with that producer. The performance score for an institution is a summation of a delta trajectory score of each producer that has a relationship with that institution.
