In various embodiments, a computing system may provide a user experience (“UX”) platform for a customer portal, the UX platform being accessible by a user via a user device over a first network(s); may provide, via the UX platform, options to configure, via the customer portal, one or more SASE scriptlets for providing SASE-based network services provided by a service provider; and may autonomously orchestrate deployment and configuration of the one or more SASE scriptlets on one or more network devices that are associated with the user or to an entity with which the user is associated, over a second network(s), based at least in part on user selection of options to configure the one or more SASE scriptlets and/or the corresponding SASE-based network services.

    摘要: Techniques are described in which a digital customer consent engine maintains one or more rules configured to identify one or more customer contact restrictions from customer data. The digital customer consent engine, in response to receipt of the customer data of a plurality of customers at a point in time, applies the one or more rules to the customer data to identify the one or more customer contact restrictions for one or more customers of the plurality of customers. The digital customer consent engine outputs a first report comprising a plurality of customer identifiers and that includes, for a particular customer identifier for a particular customer, an indicator of which customer contact restrictions apply to the particular customer and outputs a second report comprising a list of customer identifiers as a subset of the plurality of customer identifiers that are permitted to be contacted for a marketing campaign.

    摘要: The selective logging of external activities internally within a CRM application includes an extraction of a document such as an e-mail message from a communications client and a further extraction from the document of a set of associated parties. A CRM application is then queried with the set of associated parties and in response, an identity of a customer can be received from the CRM application along with a listing of one or more CRM end users assigned to the customer. On condition that one of the associated parties is determined to be one of the CRM end users, an activity is then recorded in the CRM application in connection with the one of the CRM end users based upon the document. But otherwise the document is discarded.
