摘要: A tray insert device formed of a paper substrate is adapted for temporary insertion onto a correspondingly shaped serving tray. A top side of the insert device has an arrangement of designated beverage placement areas, each being intended for taking an individual customer's order. The beverage placement areas are color-coded and numbered for convenience. Customer orders are written in the beverage placement areas and then the drinks or dishes that were ordered by each customer are placed in their respective areas corresponding to the specific customers to make the taking and delivering of orders easier, organized and more efficient.

摘要: A tray is disclosed for carrying food on dinnerware between a restaurant kitchen to customers. The tray includes a vertically disposed support member having upper and lower ends with a handle being secured to the upper end of the support member. A plurality of vertically spaced and horizontally disposed disc-shaped members are selectively rotatably secured to the support member. Different sizes and shapes of dinnerware may be carried by the tray by inserting the inner ends thereof between the outer ends of the support members. The tray is also designed to be able to carry wine bottles and wine glasses.

摘要: A storage system for organizing containers and lids of varying sizes, depths and shapes through the use of compartments. The compartments are configured in a variety of practical dimensions such as square, circular and rectangular. Retractable legs and sliding tracks offer additional storage capability and adaptability for users dealing with limited kitchen and cabinet space. The storage system also is collapsible for increased durability and this function—coupled with at least one front retractable leg and at least one rear retractable leg—allow the user to adjust such aspects as the height of the system. The containers and lids relating to the storage system are preferably of the plastic variety.

摘要: The wine bottle rotation system (10) includes a wine rack formed from a pair of vertical support members (12) having a plurality of horizontal support members (14), or shelves, mounted therebetween. A plurality of rollers (18) are rotationally mounted between pairs of horizontal and vertical support members (14, 12) and are spaced apart such that a wine bottle (20) can be received between two adjacent rollers (18). Driven rotation of the rollers (18) causes the wine bottle (20) to rotate, thus preventing the settling and accumulation of free sediment (21) within the wine bottle (20) by the binding of sediment (21) to the inner glass wall of the bottle (20), decreasing the amount of free sediment (21) within the wine.

摘要: This invention discloses a storage vessel, namely a wine bottle having a liquid volumetric capacity of from about 750 milliliters to about 1,500 milliliters and including an integral pedestal base configured to fit typical glassware fixtures employed in restaurants and taverns. The stem and base portions of the pedestal may be solid or hollow. A hollow pedestal may be advantageous to capture sediments settling out of the wine when the bottle is in an upright position. Pigments may be included in the glass construction to minimize photochemical reactions with the wine contained within the bottle.
