摘要: The present disclosure provides a speaker diaphragm and a speaker. The diaphragm includes two surface layers compounded together and at least one intermediate layer located between the two surface layers, at least one of the surface layers is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer film layer, and at least one of the intermediate layers is au adhesive layer, wherein the thermoplastic polyester elastomer film layer has a Young's module of 1-1000 MPa, a loss factor being greater than or equal to 0.015, and an elastic recovery rate after 10% strain being greater than or equal to 80%. The speaker diaphragm may be made very thin, thus reducing the weight of the speaker diaphragm, improving the space allowance for vibration, improving the sensitivity, and making the F0 of the speaker lower. Further elastic area of the speaker diaphragm is wider and the resilience performance is excellent.

A speaker motor assembly may be aligned based on datum of a basket/washer subassembly, wherein remaining components are coupled, aligned and adhered according to the same datum, thus increasing concentricity, alignment, and orthogonality among components and installations. Speaker suspension components may likewise be coupled using the same datum. Specialized alignment mechanisms, such as a centering collet and a mechanical gripper, may be also be provided to align speaker components for placement and adhesion, and adhesives may be robotically controlled based on the aforementioned datum.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a transistor acoustic sensor element and a method for manufacturing the same, an acoustic sensor and a portable device. The transistor acoustic sensor element comprises a gate, a gate insulating layer, a first electrode, an active layer and a second electrode arranged on a base substrate, wherein the active layer has a nanowire three-dimensional mesh structure and thus can vibrate under the action of sound signals, so that the output current of the transistor acoustic sensor element changes correspondingly. Since the active layer having the nanowire three-dimensional mesh structure can sensitively sense weak vibration of acoustic waves, the sensitivity to sound signals of the transistor acoustic sensor element is improved.

摘要: A speaker module and a manufacturing method thereof is provided in present invention. The speaker module includes a frame, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system. The vibration system has a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil. The magnetic circuit system includes a magnet and an upper magnetic plate arranged on the magnet. The speaker module further includes flexible circuit boards electrically connected with the voice coil. The upper magnetic plate and the flexible circuit boards are integrally injection molded in the frame. By virtue of the configuration described in the present invention, the connection between the frame and the magnetic circuit system is precise and stable.

摘要: A method of forming a device having a compliant member includes applying heat to a thermoplastic elastomer to maintain the thermoplastic elastomer in a softened state. The thermoplastic elastomer is extruded in the softened state as a film of thermoplastic elastomer. One or more of a bobbin and a housing, each having and end, is positioned such that the end extends at least partially into the film of thermoplastic elastomer. The positioning occurs when the thermoplastic elastomer is in the softened state and/or the bobbin and/or housing is at a temperature that is greater than a temperature of the film of thermoplastic elastomer. The film is cooled so that the bobbin and/or housing are secured to the film and so that the thermoplastic elastomer is in a state that exhibits rubber-like properties.
