The present invention discloses a chemical amplified photoresist composition including a polymer having a repeated unit of the formula (II), 1 wherein R1 is H, haloalkyl group or C1-C4 alkyl group; R2 is hydroxyl group, C1-C8 alkoxy group or C1-C8 thioalkyl group; G is (CH2)n, O or S, wherein n is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; Rc is a lactone group; and m is 1, 2 or 3. The chemical amplified photoresist composition of the present invention can be applied to general lithography processes, and particularly to the lithography of ArF, KrF or the like light sources, and exhibit excellent resolution, figures and photosensitivity.

The present invention relates to an electrolyte composition, including: (a) an organic amine hydroiodide, a metal iodide, an imidazolium salt or a combination thereof; (b) iodine; (c) guanidine thiocyanate; (d) a benzimidazole derivative, a pyridine derivative or a combination thereof; and (e) polyethylene glycol and propylene carbonate. Accordingly, the electrolyte composition provided by the present invention exhibits excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency and long-term stability, and is suitable for a dye-sensitized solar cell. The present invention further provides a dye-sensitized solar cell using the above-mentioned electrolyte composition.

A dye-sensitized solar cell, a photoanode thereof, and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The photoanode of the dye-sensitized solar cell of the present invention is prepared by a porous semiconductor layer absorbing two kinds of organic sensitized dyes, and one organic sensitized dye is represented by the following formula (I): wherein, D1, D2, R1, R2, R3, R4, B, and n are defined the same as the specification.These two kinds of the organic sensitized dyes have comparative absorption peaks, so the photoanode of the present invention can absorb solar spectrum with larger wavelength range. Hence, the dye-sensitized solar cell using the photoanode of the present invention has excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency.

The present invention relates to a silicone containing encapsulant composition. One embodiment of the encapsulant composition comprises (a) 30˜60 weight % of an epoxy resin; (b) 30˜60 weight % of an acid anhydride curing agent; (c) 0.1˜30 weight % of a Carbinol function silicone resin which can form a homogeneous mixture with (a) and (b) described above; and (d) 0.1˜5 weight % of a reactive UV absorber or HALS; and reactive anti-oxidant and/or phosphor containing flame retardant. The encapsulant composition can be used for a solid state light emitting device to achieve low internal stress and better-anti-yellowing performance.
