    Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, deploying UAVs to a geographic area based on a need to offload traffic from a terrestrial base station, instructing the base station to enforce a UE served by the base station to determine a DoA of a received pilot signal emitted from each neighboring cell and to provide determined DoAs in a measurement report to the base station, obtaining the report from the base station, wherein the report includes DoA information for a plurality of neighboring cells, analyzing the DoA information to determine, for each neighboring cell of the plurality of neighboring cells, a probability of that neighboring cell being an aerial cell, resulting in determined probabilities, and controlling an ability of the base station to perform a handover of the UE to one or more of the plurality of neighboring cells based on the probabilities. Other embodiments are disclosed.

    Abstract: The disclosed technology is directed towards user equipment requests for delivery of other system information block (SIB) data from a base station, in which one or more beams for transmitting the other SIB data can be specified by the user equipment based on its state data. Transmitting via only selected beams saves network resources, generally without increasing user equipment retry requests. The user equipment can determine which beam(s) it detects based on beam signal strength data, and determine mobility data of the user equipment. The user equipment determines beam sweeping delivery data based on the detected beam signal strength data and/or the mobility data, and associates the beam sweeping request data with the request for the other SIB data. The network selects one or more beams for sweeping to deliver the other SIB data based on the beam sweeping request data of the user equipment, and possibly other user equipment.

    Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, and devices for auditing digital content to validate that the digital content is authentic, secure, and reaching the intended audience are disclosed. In one example, a method performed by a processing system including at least one processor includes launching a web browser application, wherein the launching includes instantiating a simulated user profile, and wherein the simulated user profile includes a simulated web browsing history, detecting, by the processing system, an item of digital content that is presented to the web browser application in response to the simulated user profile, determining, by the processing system, a relevance of the item of digital content to the simulated user profile, and generating, by the processing system, a report that indicates the relevance of the item of digital content to the user profile.
