A method for allowing a mobile station to detect a Location Based Service-Reference Signal (LBS-RS) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes receiving LBS-RS setup information of at least one target cell participating in location measurement from a serving cell, acquiring a frequency offset value of the target cell using the LBS-RS setup information, and detecting the LBS-RS transmitted from the target cell using the LBS-RS setup information and the frequency offset value. In addition, the method further includes measuring a reception delay time of the detected LBS-RS, and transmitting a reception delay time to the serving cell.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for allowing a station to transmit a sounding signal in a multiple-antenna wireless communication system, the method including receiving a group defining information about a group to which the station belongs from an access point (AP); determining a transmission time taken in transmitting a sounding signal by the respective stations, which belong to the group, on the basis of the group defining information; and transmitting a sounding signal to the AP in accordance with the transmission time and preset transmission order when receiving a sounding request signal from the AP.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and an apparatus of relaying data in a wireless communication system based on Time Division Duplex (TDD). A relay station receives downlink data from a base station in an uplink subframe and relays the downlink data to at least one mobile station. Accordingly, the efficiency of resource allocation for a relay station can be improved.

A method of transmitting a training signal in a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) system includes generating one or more first training signals for a first destination station and one or more second training signals for a second destination station by applying a mapping matrix P to a training signal generation sequence, mapping the first training signals and the second training signals to a plurality of antennas according to an antenna mapping matrix, and performing Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) on each of the first training signals and the second training signals mapped to the plurality of antennas and transmitting the training signals through the plurality of antennas.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus of transmitting an ACK/NACK signal for a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) in a wireless communication system is provided. A first ACK/NACK resource index and a second ACK/NACK resource index based on resources used to transmit a downlink control channel is determined. An ACK/NACK signal for a downlink transport block is transmitted through a plurality of antennas using first ACK/NACK resources obtained from the first ACK/NACK resource index and second ACK/NACK resources obtained from the second ACK/NACK resource index. An HARQ ACK/NACK signal can be reliably transmitted through a plurality of antennas.
Abstract:
