Abstract: An OLED display device, and control method and manufacturing method thereof are provided, in the field of display technology. The OLED display device includes: a base substrate (01), wherein a plurality of OLEDs (02) arranged in an array are disposed on the base substrate (01), an area of the base substrate (01) where the OLEDs (02) are not disposed is provided with touch electrodes (03), the touch electrodes (03) are connected to a touch integrated circuit IC (1) in the OLED display device, and the touch electrodes (03) and the OLEDs (02) are located on the same surface of the base substrate (01), thereby solving the problem that the entire OLED display device is too thick and reducing the thickness of the entire OLED display device, which can be applied in the OLED display device.

The touch screen includes a liquid crystal cell formed by assembling an array substrate and a color filter substrate and a fixed electrode provided at a side of the array substrate distal to the color filter substrate, and further includes a common electrode provided on the array substrate and a shielding electrode provided at a side of the common electrode distal to the fixed electrode, the common electrode serves as a first drive electrode in force touch, a position of the fixed electrode corresponds to that of the common electrode, and the fixed electrode is configured to assist the first drive electrode to detect a touch force in force touch.

Abstract: Disclosed are a texture recognition display device and a driving method. The texture recognition display device includes a plurality of first control signal lines and second control signal lines disposed in pairs. During a texture recognition period, the second control signal lines are loaded with a second control signal, the frequency of which is the same as that of a first control signal of the first control signal lines and the phase of which differs from that of the first control signal by 180 degrees. Thus, the noise interference of the first control signal of the first control signal line with a recognition output line may be counteracted, the signal-to-noise ratio of an obtained texture recognition signal can be improved, thereby improving the extraction precision of the texture recognition signal and detection precision.

Abstract: A touch substrate, a display device and a driving method thereof, touch pressure driving electrodes and touch pressure sensing electrodes provided between the layer where the touch detecting electrodes is located and the substrate carrier are added within the touch substrate, and the touch pressure sensing electrodes and the touch pressure driving electrodes constitute a mutual-capacitance structure. When the touch substrate is pressed, the distance between the touch substrate and the underlying metal layer becomes small, causing that capacitance value of the mutual-capacitance structure becomes small. During the time period for detecting pressure, through applying the touch driving signal to the touch pressure driving electrodes to detect the change of signal amount of the touch pressure sensing electrodes caused by the pressure on the touch position, the change of the capacitance value of the mutual-capacitance structure can be determined to achieve the function of pressure sensing. During the time period for detecting touching, the touch detecting electrodes, the touch pressure driving electrodes, and the touch pressure sensing electrodes are applied with the same touch detecting signal simultaneously, the touch position can be determined by detecting the change of the capacitance value of each of the touch detecting electrodes, and the function of the two-dimensional detection of touching can be realized.
