    Abstract: A pixel driving circuit and a method for driving the same, a display substrate and a display device are provided. The pixel driving circuit includes a display driving unit and a fingerprint identification unit. The display driving unit includes a driving transistor, a display storage sub-circuit, a data writing sub-circuit, a light-emitting control sub-circuit and a compensation control sub-circuit. The fingerprint identification unit includes a fingerprint detection sub-circuit and a conduction control sub-circuit. The fingerprint detection sub-circuit is configured to convert touch fingerprint information to a fingerprint current signal. The conduction control sub-circuit is configured to, during the light-emitting phase and in response to the second scanning signal, transmit the fingerprint current signal to the fingerprint current signal reading line.
