    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a light emitting element; a first switch transistor connected in series with the light emitting element between a first supply voltage terminal and a second supply voltage terminal, the first switch transistor including a gate electrode connected to a first node; and a storage circuit coupled to the first node and a reference voltage terminal for receiving a reference voltage, the storage circuit being configured to store the reference voltage in the storage circuit in response to an active signal on a scan line during a write phase, and to supply the stored reference voltage to the first node during a light emission phase in response to an active data signal on a data line to achieve light emission of the light emitting element, the active data signal having a duration indicating a magnitude of image data for the pixel circuit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pixel circuit and a display device. The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a first voltage control circuit, a light-emitting control circuit, a second voltage control circuit, a control capacitor circuit and a reference voltage write circuit. The reference voltage write circuit is configured to write a reference voltage to the first electrode of the light-emitting element. The second voltage control circuit is configured to, under control of the first gate drive signal, control the second electrode of the light-emitting element to be coupled with the control node, thereby controlling the light-emitting element to be turned on, so that the control capacitor circuit is charged by the reference voltage, a potential at the control node is changed accordingly, until the light-emitting element is turned off.

    Abstract: A display substrate includes a driving substrate and a stacked structure disposed at a side of the driving substrate. The stacked structure includes a plurality of emission layers and a plurality of carrier transport layers that are stacked in a direction perpendicular to the side of the driving substrate. The stacked structure forms a plurality of light-emitting devices, and each light-emitting device includes at least two emission portions that are respectively located in at least two emission layers. The plurality of light-emitting devices include a plurality of first light-emitting devices and a plurality of second light-emitting devices. Emission portions in each first light-emitting device are separated from each other. At least two emission portions in each second light-emitting device are adjacent to each other, and the at least two adjacent emission portions share at least one carrier transport layer.

    Abstract: This disclosure discloses a display panel, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device. The method includes: forming a pattern of an electrode lead line layer on a substrate; forming connection structures on the pattern of the electrode lead line layer; forming a pattern of an intermediate layer including a light-emitting function layer on the connection structures and the light-emitting areas; forming a pattern of cathodes on the pattern of the intermediate layer; and irradiating the connection structures using laser from a side of the substrate so that the material of the connection structures is melt, and forming through-holes at positions on the intermediate layer corresponding to the connection structures so that the melted material is connected with the cathodes through the through-holes.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a first driving circuit, a light-emitting element, a second driving circuit, an energy storage circuit and an input circuit. A first end of the first driving circuit is connected to a power source voltage input end. An anode of the light-emitting element is connected to a second end of the first driving circuit. A first end of the second driving circuit is connected to a first level signal input end, a second end thereof is connected to a cathode of the light-emitting element. The energy storage circuit is connected to control ends of the first driving circuit and the second driving circuit, a second level signal input end. The input circuit is connected to a data signal input end, an input control end, the control end of the first driving circuit and the control end of the second driving circuit.
