    摘要: Apparatus for the feeding of transverse wires from a feed position to the welding line of a grid welding machine has at least one nozzle (9) which is directed towards the welding line, and which can be supplied with compressed air in time with the welding cycle. Parallel guides (5, 6) lead out from the nozzle, bounding either side of the transverse wire feed path, but ending ahead of the region of the welding electrodes. There are provided, in the region of the welding electrodes (1, 2), devices (11) preferably designed as magnets, for the catching and holding of the respectively fed transverse wire at the welding line. Conveyance with compressed air means that mechanical parts engaging in the welding area and susceptible to faults are avoided and at the same time changing of the longitudinal pitch of the transverse wires is facilitated.

    摘要: A unit for bonding two structural reinforced concrete components comprises a mounting strip having a pair of oppositely directed main faces and a plurality of connector rods held firmly on the mounting strip. Portions of the connector rods project at intervals along one side of the mounting strip and the connector rods have arms bent to a knee shape, the arms being positioned within the mounting strip. One of the main faces of the strip on the side away from the projecting portions of the connector rods defines at least two grooves parallel with one another and extending in the longitudinal direction of the mounting strip. The grooves have a width substantially equal to the diameter of the connector rods and a depth at least equal to the diameter. The mounting strip further includes holes at intervals along its length, the holes extending from the bottoms of respective ones of the grooves towards the opposite main face of the mounting strip. The connector rods are disposed individually through the holes, and the arms of the connector rods are arranged and held firmly within the grooves.

    摘要: To improve sound damping in prefabricated building elements having two parallel welded wire mesh mats 1, 2, interconnected by web wires 7, 7′ enclose, therebetween, an insulating body (8) for example of foam plastic. Concrete is then sprayed on both sides over the mesh wires to form inner and outer shells. These concrete shells are interconnected by forming the insulating body with through-holes, which, upon concrete spraying, will form concrete webs or plugs (14, 14′) interconnecting the two shells, thus preventing resonant sound vibrations of the concrete shells. The through-holes (10, 11, 11′) can be molded during manufacture of the insulating body (8) or drilled or stamped therethrough, and may extend at right angles through the major extent of the foam body or obliquely, preferably downwardly and distributed randomly.
