    Abstract: The display substrate includes: a substrate; a plurality of pixel units on the substrate, each pixel unit includes a plurality of sub-pixels, each sub-pixel includes a light-emitting element and a pixel drive circuit; a photosensitive circuit on the substrate; a first conductive film layer on the substrate. The pixel drive circuit includes a drive transistor, a gate electrode of the drive transistor is located on a side of a drive active layer away from the substrate, an orthographic projection of the gate electrode of the drive transistor on the substrate at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the drive active layer on the substrate. The first conductive film layer includes a first light-shielding portion between the substrate and the drive active layer, and an orthographic projection of the first light-shielding portion on the substrate at least partially overlaps the orthographic projection of the drive active layer on the substrate.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display apparatus are disclosed. The display panel comprises: a plurality of signal lines extending in a first direction; at least one first reference voltage bus which extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction; and a plurality of electrostatic discharge units divided into a plurality of electrostatic discharge unit groups, wherein the plurality of electrostatic discharge unit groups are arranged in the second direction and each of the plurality of electrostatic discharge unit groups comprises at least two electrostatic discharge units arranged in the first direction, wherein at least one of the plurality of signal lines is electrically connected to the first reference voltage bus through at least one of the plurality of electrostatic discharge units.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a pixel circuit, a driving method thereof, a display panel, and a display device, which belong to the technical field of display. The pixel circuit includes a data writing sub-circuit, a compensation sub-circuit, a storage sub-circuit, and a driving sub-circuit. Since the compensation sub-circuit may output a first power signal to a first node, the storage sub-circuit may adjust the potential of a second node according to the potential of the first node.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a thin film transistor, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device. The thin film transistor includes a metal conductive pattern layer, an interlayer insulating layer, and a metal oxide layer; and the metal conductive pattern layer includes: a light shielding pattern, a source signal line, and/or a drain signal line; the metal oxide layer includes: a source electrode, a drain electrode, and an active layer. An orthographic projection of the active layer on the base substrate has an overlapping region with that of the light shielding pattern; the source electrode extends through the interlayer insulating layer to connect to the source signal line, and/or the drain electrode extends through the interlayer insulating layer to connect to the drain signal line.

    Abstract: A method for compensating the pixel driving circuit may include: in a light emitting phase of the pixel driving circuit, sensing an electric signal of the first electrode of the electroluminescent element, and calculating an electrical compensation signal based on the electric signal; in the light emitting phase of the pixel driving circuit, sensing a brightness signal of the electroluminescent element by a photosensitive sensor and calculating an optical compensation signal according to the brightness signal; and generating a comprehensive compensation signal according to the electrical compensation signal and the optical compensation signal, and controlling a signal on a control terminal of the drive transistor according to the comprehensive compensation signal.
