摘要： A reel for use in a magnetic tape cassette which includes upper and lower flanged tape reels housed in a cassette case made up of upper and lower cassette halves. The reel is characterized by including a clamp member which is press-fitted into a cutout formed in the outer peripheral surface of a reel hub of the tape reel to thereby hold the end of a magnetic tape wound on the reel hub, the clamp member being fitted into a receiving recess formed in the interior surface of at least one of the upper and lower flanges of the tape reels.

摘要： In a storage case for a magnetic tape cassette providing a case main body, a pair of openings with rims formed on a bottom of the casing for rotary shaft insertion, a pair of tape reels each positioned rotatably around the respective openings and a pair of annular ribs each formed on a bottom of one of the tape reels, the storage case provides a case main body including a bottom plate and a peripheral wall projecting on the bottom plate to form a case storage space, a closure member including a top plate covering a top of the case main body and walls projecting on the top plate and overlapping the wall, a joining member with a hinge for joining the case main body and the closure member which are opened and closed freely to store the magnetic tape cassette in the case storage space, and a pair of projections formed on the bottom plate, each of the projections being capable of entering between one of the rims and respective one of the annular ribs and locking the casing and the tape reels of the magnetic tape cassette. The storage case can prevent the casing and the tape reels from clattering, and smoothly store and take out the magnetic tape cassette.

摘要： There is provided a cassette case for containing a magnetic tape therein, including (a) a pair of cassette halves, the cassette halves being formed with a front opening through which a magnetic tape is to be exposed, (b) a pair of reels disposed in the cassette halves for rotation, (c) a magnetic tape wound around the reels, and (d) a guard panel including a front panel and a pair of side panels integral with the front panel at opposite ends thereof. The side panels is carried at the cassette halves so that the guard panel can rotate relative to the cassette halves and thereby the front panel opens and closes the opening. The front panel is formed with thicker-walled portions at each of which a groove is formed for locking the guard panel to the cassette halves. The front panel is formed with recesses closer to a proximal end of the front panel than the grooves, the recesses extending in a widthwise direction of the front panel.

摘要： An injection mold which eliminates defects in the appearance of the molded product such as flow marks formed during the molding operation on those portions of the molded product adjacent molten resin injection gates. A fixed and a movable mold member are provided. An injection port for injecting molten resin into the mold cavity formed by the mold members is formed in the fixed mold member, while an opening communicating the mold cavity with the exterior is formed in the movable mold member at a position opposed to the injection port and spaced therefrom across the mold cavity. An insert member is inserted in the opening having a surface forming part of an inner surface of the mold cavity. The insert member has a size and shape such that gas in the mold cavity is discharged exteriorly from the mold via a fitting gap between said opening and the insert member.

Each leader holding member includes, integrally, a fixed portion fixed to the inside of the case, a retaining spring that engages with one of the guard portions in one of the recessed housing portions from the opening side thereof, and an overhanging portion that covers the guard portion in one of the recessed housing portions.
