摘要: An electromagnetic contactor has a pair of fixed contacts disposed and fixed maintaining a predetermined interval; a movable contact disposed to be capable of contacting to and separating from the pair of fixed contacts; an electromagnet unit to drive the movable contact; and a drive circuit driving the electromagnet unit. The electromagnet unit includes at least a movable plunger urged by a return spring, a coil to move the movable plunger, and a ring-form permanent magnet magnetized in a moving direction of the movable plunger. The drive circuit includes a power source to supply power to the coil; a pulse drive circuit to output and supply to the coil an engage pulse causing the movable plunger to perform an attracting operation and a hold pulse maintaining the attracting operation when the movable plunger is subject to the attracting operation, and a flywheel circuit having a semiconductor switching element.

摘要: An extinction cover (5) is mounted on a case (4) thereby sealing an extinction chamber (S). This extinction cover has an engaging-force-increased portion (5c1) which strengthens the force of engagement with the case, and an engaging-force-decreased portion (5c2) which weakens the force of engagement with the case. In response to an increase in internal pressure in the extinction chamber due to arc gas generation, the engaging-force-decreased portion establishes disengagement of the case and provides a gap (27) with the case, for linking the extinction chamber to external air, and the engaging-force-increased portion maintains engagement with the case.

摘要: A reversible unit (10) is attached by being mounted over a pair of adjacently disposed electromagnetic contactors (1a) and (1b). The reversible unit (10) includes a pair of interlock plates (11) and (12), a lock piece (13), and a unit case (10b) accommodating the pair of interlock plates (11) and (12) and the lock piece (13). The lock piece (13) rotates in a first direction with the movement of one of the interlock plates (12) in a turn-on operation of one of the electromagnetic contactors (1a) to prevent the movement of the other interlock plate (11), and rotates in a second direction different from the first direction with the movement of the other interlock plate (11) in a turn-on operation of the other electromagnetic contactor (1b) to prevent the movement of one of the interlock plates (12). The unit case (10b) is provided with a lock piece display window (10g) which allows determination of the rotation of the lock piece (13) in the first direction or the second direction.

The connection piece includes a pair of engagement protrusions (42b, 42c) which are individually engaged with the adjacent attachment holes of the juxtaposed electromagnetic contactors, and a locked portion (42k) locked by the locking portion.

摘要: The present invention provides a contact device capable of narrowing a gap between a fixed contactor and a movable contactor and reducing the number of parts and the production costs, and an electromagnetic switch that uses the contact device. The contact device has a pair of columnar fixed contactors (6a, 6b) which are fixed to a surface of an insulation airtight container (4) while keeping a predetermined space therebetween, each having at least a tip end contact surface protruding into the insulation container; a movable contactor (11) that is disposed so as to be capable of contacting with and separating from the pair of fixed contactors (6a, 6b); and a pair of arc extinguishing annular permanent magnets (9a, 9b) which is respectively attached to outer circumferential surfaces of the pair of fixed contactors (6a, 6b) and drives an arc outwardly.

摘要: A polarized electromagnet that can suppress magnetic flux leakage in a position that does not affect the suction force between an interior yoke and an exterior yoke, and increase the suction force of a permanent magnet is provided. A polarized electromagnet includes a spool 11 around which an electromagnetic coil is wound, a movable plunger 15 penetrating the spool, an interior yoke 22 fixed on the outer side of the spool, an exterior yoke 21 disposed to maintain a predetermined interval on the outer side of the interior yoke, and a permanent magnet 24 disposed between the interior yoke and exterior yoke. The exterior yoke 21 is formed of a pair of end plate portions 21a and 21b opposing either end of the spool, and a linking plate portion 21c linking the end plate portions, and the interior yoke 22 has a first opposing plate portion 22a opposing the linking plate portion 21c of the exterior yoke, and second opposing plate portions 22d and 22e opposing the one end plate portion 21b of the exterior yoke. The first opposing plate portion and second opposing plate portions are linked without coming close to the exterior yoke.
