As a consumer passes a display, their attention is attracted based on the series of messages. Further, a consumer can obtain more and different information as they change their position. Exemplary embodiments may also display a different image to the consumer depending on the position of the consumer relative to the display. Further embodiments may utilize touch-screen technology to allow a user to select an icon from the screen and obtain further information either through additional messages, video, or both.

The terminal may store coverage information for previously detected wireless networks, cell information for previously detected cells in wireless networks, usage information for previously accessed wireless networks, availability information for previously detected wireless networks, almanac information for cells in wireless networks (e.g., information on cells available at different locations and information for acquiring the cells), and/or other information that may be useful for network selection. The terminal may select a wireless network to attempt acquisition based on the stored coverage information and its current location, the stored cell information and information for the current location (e.g., an identity of a cell detected at the current location), the stored usage information, the stored availability information, and/or the stored almanac information.

    摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide a system and method for allowing a user to select the release modality of a surgical cassette. Example release modes can include an instant or latching mode, a continuous mode or a delay mode. An embodiment of the present invention can include providing a user interface that allows a user to select a cassette release mode for a surgical cassette from a set of cassette release modes, determining that a release request is asserted, and releasing the surgical cassette from surgical instrumentation according to the selected cassette release mode. According to one embodiment, the release modes for the cassette can include an instant mode, a continuous mode and a delay mode. The user can also select, for example, whether the release command can be asserted through a button, user interface or both.
