A method for allocating an identification using an access network grouping scheme, and a method and apparatus for paging group are described. The ID allocating method comprises: receiving a group ID of a group of group-paged objects allocated by a core network device for a terminal device, wherein the group of group-paged objects comprises one or more subgroups; allocating a device ID or a user ID to the terminal device, wherein the device ID or the user ID comprises information of a subgroup ID of a subgroup to which the terminal device belongs; and sending the allocated device ID or user ID to the terminal device. The number of terminals in the subgroup is appropriate, and the resources are allocated more flexibly and reasonably.

The present invention discloses a method for obtaining an Internet protocol header replacement mapping, which belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, fixed IP header information which is bound to a UE, where the network node is an MME or an eNB or a PGW or an SGW; establishing an IP header replacement mapping according to the fixed IP header information, where the IP header replacement mapping is correspondence between the fixed IP header information and an index or a bearer; and performing data transmission with the UE according to the IP header replacement mapping. In the present invention, the network node establishes the IP header replacement mapping according to the obtained fixed IP header information which is bound to the UE, the method is more flexible.

The present invention discloses a method and a device for transmitting data. The method includes: sending, by a base station, a time-frequency resource on which a communication equipment sends any one preamble to the base station on a physical random access channel and corresponding relationship between a physical random access feedback channel and a physical random access channel to a user equipment on a downlink resource through system broadcast; sending, by the communication equipment, any one preamble to the base station on the time-frequency resource, receiving random access feedback information sent by the base station, performing synchronization with the base station through a TA carried in the random access feedback information, sending an RRC connection request message to the base station on the time-frequency resource biased with a preset time, receiving an RRC establishment message sent by the base station, and then establishing an RRC connection with the base station.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a short range communications method, device, and system, and relate to the field of communications, so that a user equipment (UE) can distinguish, on a short range link, a radio bearer corresponding to transmission of data information. The method includes: establishing, by a benefited UE, a mapping between a short range bearer and a first radio bearer, where a mapping is performed between the short range bearer and a second radio bearer on a supporting UE side, and a mapping is performed between the first radio bearer and the second radio bearer on a base station side; and performing, by the benefited UE, data receiving and sending by using the mapping between the first radio bearer and the short range bearer.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for transmitting downlink data in multiple UEs cooperative communication. A base station selects a benefitted user equipment UE, where the benefitted UE and a supporting UE are UEs in a closed cooperative group, each data radio bearer of each UE in the cooperative group corresponds to a logical channel identifier LCID, and the LCID is unique in the cooperative group; the base station generates a media access control packet data unit MAC PDU, where the MAC PDU comprises data to be sent by a data radio bearer of the benefitted UE, and a LCID corresponding to the data radio bearer, and the base station sends the MAC PDU to the supporting UE. The above solutions achieve a method of multiple UEs cooperative communication for synthesizing on the MAC layer.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a cooperative communication method and system, an access network device, and a user equipment. The method includes, when a access network device receives downlink data belonging to a first user equipment UE, if it is determined that a supporting UE in a support list of the first UE cannot serve as a current supporting UE of the downlink data, establishing a cooperative communication relationship between a second UE and the first UE, that is, setting the second UE as the current supporting UE of the first UE. The second UE is another UE except the first UE and the supporting UE in the support list of the first UE. The downlink data is sent to the second UE, so that the second UE sends the downlink data to the first UE.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting a message, a UE and a network side device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving, by a network side device, a message reported by a first user equipment UE, where the first UE is a UE in a preset UE group; identifying the message, reported by the first UE, as an emergency message when the message carries a message identifier of the emergency message; and delivering the emergency message to another UE except the first UE in the preset UE group. After identifying a reported emergency message, a network side may immediately deliver the emergency message to each UE. Because the emergency message does not need to be uploaded to a CN and a server of a management center through the network side for delivering, a transmission delay of the emergency message is reduced, which improves a speed that the UE obtains the emergency message.

The present invention discloses a method for transmitting control information. Downlink control information is categorized into common control information and dedicated control information. A physical broadcast channel is extended by dividing a common control channel domain into a plurality of narrowband sub-control channel domains by adding a position identifier. Before a connection is established, the common control information is sent, according to the position identifier, in each sub-control channel domain of the common control channel domain. After the connection is established, a sub-control channel domain with a channel state that complies with a set standard is selected, according to a channel state of each sub-control channel domain, for sending the dedicated control information.

A method, an apparatus, and a system for implementing alarm event handling. The method includes: acquiring, by a first NodeB eNB, alarm event EM information reported by a user terminal UE; sending, by the first eNB, an EM notification that includes the EM information to at least one eNB that needs to be notified of the EM information, so that the at least one eNB sends the EM notification to a UE of the at least one eNB; and sending, by the first eNB, the EM notification that includes the EM information to a UE of the first eNB. By using the method, the apparatus, and the system according to the embodiments of the present invention, a signaling interaction process for alarm event handling in an emergency case is shortened, thereby greatly shortening a communications delay of a cellular network communications system and greatly reducing system load.
