    Abstract: This application provides a method for reporting a terminal device capability and a communications apparatus. The method includes: The terminal device generates first indication information and sends the first indication information to a network device. The first indication information is used to indicate one or more frequency domain parameters and one or more of the following capability parameters associated with each frequency domain parameter: a port quantity, a spatial domain parameter, a reference signal resource quantity, and a total port quantity. The frequency domain parameter is used to indicate a maximum quantity of frequency domain units that can be supported by the terminal device. The frequency domain unit is a frequency domain unit based on which the terminal device feeds back a PMI. Each capability parameter group may be used to indicate one combination of a plurality of parameters that can be supported by the terminal device.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provides a channel information feedback method and a communication apparatus. In the method, first information and a strongest coefficient indicator (SCI) have a same priority in uplink control information (UCI) sent by a terminal device. The first information indicates a second frequency domain discrete Fourier transform (DFT) vector set selected by the terminal device, and the SCI indicates a space-frequency vector corresponding to a strongest coefficient in a first space-frequency vector set corresponding to the second frequency domain DFT vector set and channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) ports selected by the terminal device. In other words, the SCI indicates the space-frequency vector that corresponds to the second frequency domain DFT vector set selected by the terminal device and that corresponds to the strongest coefficient.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include channel state information processing methods and apparatuses. One example method includes configuring, by a network device, at least one piece of CSI reporting configuration information and resource configuration information corresponding to the CSI reporting configuration information, where one piece of the CSI reporting configuration information corresponds to at least two pieces of resource configuration information, wherein one resource configuration information is used for interference measurement and includes a CSI-RS resource set, wherein one resource configuration information is used for channel measurement and includes a NZP CSI-RS resource, and wherein one CSI-RS resource set corresponds to at least one CSI report. The at least one piece of CSI reporting configuration information and the resource configuration information is sent to a terminal device.

    Abstract: This application discloses methods and apparatuses for determining precoding vector. One example method includes: determining, by a network apparatus, a precoding vector of one or more frequency domain units based on the first indication information. The first indication information is used to indicate L1 beam vectors in a beam vector set, K1 frequency domain vectors in a frequency domain vector set, and T1 space-frequency component matrices. A weighted sum of the T1 space-frequency component matrices is used to determine a precoding vector of each frequency domain unit. The T1 space-frequency component matrices are selected from M1 space-frequency component matrices corresponding to the L1 beam vectors and the K1 frequency domain vectors, each space-frequency component matrix is uniquely determined by one beam vector and one frequency domain vector.

    Abstract: Example channel measurement methods and communications apparatus are described. One example method includes receiving a precoded reference signal by a terminal device, where the precoded reference signal is obtained by precoding a reference signal based on K angle vectors and L delay vectors. First indication information is generated and sent, where the first indication information indicates P weighting coefficients corresponding to P angle-delay pairs. The P weighting coefficients are determined by using the precoded reference signal. The P angle-delay pairs and the P weighting coefficients corresponding to the P angle-delay pairs are used to determine a precoding matrix. Each angle-delay pair includes one of the K angle vectors and one of the L delay vectors. The K angle vectors and the L delay vectors are determined based on uplink channel measurement.
