摘要: A variable valve lift apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a low lift cam, a high lift cam in parallel with the low lift cam, a low lift tappet body that selectively contacts the low lift cam, a high lift tappet body disposed within the low lift tappet body and constantly contacting the high lift cam, a guide portion that is connected with a valve and selectively connects the low lift tappet body and the high lift tappet body, and a lost motion spring that is disposed between the guide portion and the low lift tappet body and supplies restoring force to the low lift tappet body.

摘要: A hydraulic orifice which is mounted at a head oil journal formed in a cylinder head and supplies an oil to a supply line after reducing pulsation of the oil supplied to the head oil journal, may include a body pressed on the head oil journal so as to form a chamber with the cylinder head, a joining line formed along a longitudinal axis of the body therein and fluid-communicating with the supply line, and at least two hydraulic lines formed in the body and connecting the chamber with an end of the joining line in the body to supply the oil through the other end thereof to the supply line, wherein the oils passing through the at least two hydraulic lines are joined at the end of the joining line with different phases such that the pulsation of the oil in the joining line is reduced.

摘要: A variable turbocharger including a turbine housing, a first scroll fluidly communicating with a turbine, a second scroll formed along an outside of the first scroll, wherein the first scroll and the second scroll are disposed within the turbine housing for exhaust gas to exhaust through the turbine, a partitioning unit for selectively separating the first scroll and the second scroll, and a a flux control valve disposed at the exhaust gas inflow portion and selectively coupled to the partitioning unit for blocking the exhaust gas from flowing into the second scroll. The variable turbocharger may prevent turbo lag at a low speed and be highly efficient at a high speed.

摘要: An engine includes exhaust manifold integrally formed with a cylinder head. The engine may include an exhaust manifold having at least one single exhaust outlet for exhausting exhaust gas that is exhausted from at least two cylinders that are not adjacent with each other, wherein periods during which exhaust valves are open are not overlapped with each other between the at least two cylinders.The exhaust manifold is integrally formed with the cylinder head such that costs can be reduced. Also, the water jacket is formed between the exhaust passages of the exhaust manifold such that the durability of the turbocharger that is affected by a heat load can be improved.Also, the twin scroll turbocharger is directly connected to the exhaust outlet of the manifold such that the compression ratio of the intake air can be effectively improved. Further, the exhaust passages at which pulsation interference occurs with each other are separately disposed and the exhaust passages at which pulsation interference does not occur are combined together to form a single passage such that the torque is improved at low rpm and the remaining gas is effectively scavenged.
