摘要: Disclosed is a sanitary napkin having a longitudinal rear portion. The sanitary napkin includes: a main absorbent region having a main absorbent core between a back sheet and a surface sheet; side regions on both sides of the main absorbent region; and boundary regions having leakage-preventing side walls and positioned between the main absorbent region and the side regions. In the rear portion, the main absorbent region has a stiff portion, and the side regions are protruded laterally to form rear flaps each having an auxiliary absorbent core between the back sheet and another sheet. In the rear portion, a portion of the main absorbent region having the stiff portion therein, the boundary region and the rear flap have different longitudinal stiffnesses according to the following relationship: the portion having the stiff portion therein>the boundary region>the rear flap.

摘要: There is disclosed an absorbent article including: a main body; and leakage preventing side walls extending in the longitudinal direction of the main body and lying opposite one another in the widthwise direction of the main body. Each leakage preventing side wall has a raised portion which is joined at a root end onto a liquid-receiving side surface of the main body and raised therefrom to have a free end positioned apart from the liquid-receiving side surface. Each leakage preventing side wall is provided with a first elastically shrinking member for applying an elastic shrinking force along a shrinking action line approaching the free end from the root end as it extends from the two longitudinal end positions of the raised portion of the leakage preventing side wall toward the longitudinally midway position of the leakage preventing side wall.

摘要: A motor vehicle air conditioner control system that maintains a target cooling vent temperature without sacrificing vehicle engine performance. When a vehicle air conditioning compressor increases to above a predetermined speed and the vehicle engine driving force increases, such as during a period of engine acceleration, compressor cooling capacity becomes saturated and does not increase. When the speed of the compressor rises to a predetermined value and the compressor assumes a high-speed state, thereafter, while the compressor is in the high-speed state, operation of the compressor is controlled so as to sustain the vent-air temperature of an evaporator determined at a time when the high-speed state has been assumed. As a result, the amount of increase of the driving force due to this compressor speed increase is suppressed by reducing the volume of the compressor, thereby resulting in power savings while securing substantially maximum cooling capacity.

摘要: In a hose fitting fixing construction of the present invention, at least one of a hose fitting and a bracket has at least one stopper having a stopper surface brought into contact with the other part and being substantially parallel to a plane which contains a fixing point of a fixing device and the central axis of a sleeve of the hose fitting. The stopper prevents the hose fitting from moving on a surface of the bracket. Accordingly, the hose fitting fixing construction offers an excellent positioning accuracy when installing a hose assembly, and prevents the hose fitting from moving on the surface of the bracket even during service. In addition, it is possible to install the hose assembly to a mounting portion more easily than installing the hose assembly with the prior art hose fitting fixing construction, and obtain excellent work efficiency in a limited work space.

摘要: Disclosed are a hose fitting comprising the following and a process for manufacturing the same: A hose fitting body composed of a head portion with a through hole made in the center of a pair of flat surfaces thereof, a base portion, and a sleeve all of which are formed out of a test tube-shaped substance by a plastic deformation, and a nipple integrally fixed on the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve. The hose fitting of this invention provides the following advantages of offering easy work for the bending the base portion, offering readiness for securing a necessary cross-sectional area as the fluid delivery hole of the base portion even when the base portion is bent greatly, light-weighted construction having a uniform wall thickness and requiring less raw material cost, and fixing nipple on the sleeve inner circumferential surface in a fluid-tight manner without brazing or drive fitting the nipple.
