An inner circumferential end of the cathode active material layer is provided in a region where the inner circumferential end does not overlap with the lead in a short axis direction of the spirally wound electrode body.

The electrolytic solution contains an imide salt expressed by LiN(CnF2n+1SO2)(CmF2m+1SO2) (n and m are respectively an integer number from 1 to 4, and a different value from each other). Thereby, a coat stable even at high temperatures can be formed on the surface of a cathode or an anode, and chemical stability of the electrolytic solution at high temperatures can be improved. LiPF6 is preferably mixed in the electrolytic solution.
