Abstract:
A method for a base station (BS) to perform a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ). The BS transmits an uplink (UL) grant for a first subframe of a second serving cell through a first serving cell. The BS receives UL data based on the UL grant in the first subframe, transmits an acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) for the UL data through a physical HARQ indicator channel (PHICH) in subframe i of the first serving cell and receives non-adaptively retransmitted UL data in a second subframe of the second serving cell if a NACK for the UL data has been transmitted through the PHICH in the subframe i of the first serving cell. The first serving cell and the second serving cell use different UL-DL configurations.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting channel status information in a wireless communication system. A user equipment (UE) transmits first channel information indicating a set of precoding matrices to a base station (BS) periodically, and transmits second channel information indicating one precoding matrix included in the set of precoding matrices to the BS periodically. The second channel information transmitted in a specific subframe is determined based on first channel information that has most recently been transmitted before the specific subframe. Additionally, the UE calculates a channel quality indicator (CQI) transmitted in the specific subframe based on one precoding matrix specified by the first channel information that has most recently been transmitted before the specific subframe and by the second channel information determined based on the first channel information that has most recently been transmitted before the specific subframe.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting uplink control information by a communication apparatus configured with a plurality of cells including a Primary Cell (PCell) and a Secondary Cell (SCell) in a wireless communication system. Only one Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) is received on the PCell among the plurality of cells in a first subframe. Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information about the PDSCH is transmitted through a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) in a second subframe configured for Scheduling Request (SR) transmission. For a positive SR in the second subframe, the HARQ-ACK information is transmitted using a SR PUCCH resource. For a negative SR in the second subframe, the HARQ-ACK information is transmitted using a HARQ-ACK PUCCH resource different from the SR PUCCH resource.
Abstract:
Provided arc a method and an apparatus for transmitting a reception confirmation in a wireless system. A terminal determines at least one downlink sub-frame for ACK/NACK feedback from each of a plurality of serving cells and determines the number of ACK/NACK bits for the plurality of serving cells. The terminal generates bundled ACK/NACK bits by arraying the ACK/NACK bits in the ascending order of the cell index of the plurality of serving cells, and transmits the bundled ACK/NACK bits.
Abstract:
A method of adjusting a transmit power for sounding reference signals in a wireless communication system supporting a plurality of cells, performed by a user equipment, including determining a first transmit power for a first sound reference signal (SRS) to be transmitted on a first serving cell and a second transmit power for a second SRS to be transmitted on a second serving cell, and if a total transmit power for the first SRS and the second SRS exceeds a maximum transmit power, scaling the first SRS and the second SRS with a same scaling factor.
Abstract:
A method of transmitting a power headroom by a user equipment (UE) in a multi-carrier system. The method includes: receiving power determination information from a base station (BS); determining a maximum transmission power value for each of a plurality of serving cells by using the power determination information and a UE specific parameter; determining a power heaadroom (PH) for the each of the plurality of serving cells on the basis of the maximum transmission power value for each of a plurality of serving cells; and transmitting control information to the BS, the control information comprising the maximum transmission power value and the PH for the each of the plurality of serving cells, wherein the control information includes information that indicates a specific cell for which the maximum transmission power value and the PH are provided among the plurality of serving cells.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for reporting power headroom in a user equipment of a multi-carrier system, includes receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) signal comprising uplink resource allocation information from a base station; transmitting at least one of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) signal and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) signal to the base station in a predetermined subframe based on the uplink resource allocation information in accordance with a transmission mode; calculating one or more power headroom values for the predetermined subframe in accordance with the transmission mode; and transmitting a report message comprising the one or more power headroom values to the base station, wherein the user equipment reports its first and second type power headroom values when operating in transmission mode A, or reports its first type power headroom value when operating in transmission mode B.
