摘要: A power unit for a motorcycle includes an internal combustion engine provided with a crankcase rotatably supporting a crankshaft with an axial line extending in a vehicle-width direction. An oil pump is mounted on the crankcase with a balancer rotatably supported by the crankcase. Rotational power from the crankshaft is transmitted to a pump driven member provided on a pump shall of the oil pump and to a balancer driven member coaxially interlinked with and connected to the balancer so as to transmit power to the balancer. The power unit is downsized by bringing a balancer and an oil pump into a close arrangement. The pump driven member and the balancer driven member are offset from each other in a vehicle-width direction and are located at such a position so as to at least partially overlap each other as viewed from the side of the vehicle-width direction.

摘要: A power unit for a motorcycle includes an internal combustion engine having a crankcase rotatably supporting a crankshaft with an axis located on a split face between an upper case half body and a lower case half body and a continuously variable transmission having a belt. Two types of respective different oils for an internal combustion engine and for a continuously variable transmission are used while the rigidity of the crankcase is enhanced. A crankcase is provided with a partition wall that separates between a crank chamber housing a crankshaft and a continuously variable transmission chamber housing a continuously variable transmission. An axial line of the crankshaft and respective axial lines of the drive pulley and the driven pulley are each located at a corresponding one of apexes of an imaginary triangle on a view projected on a plane perpendicular to the axial line of the crankshaft.

摘要: A valve actuating mechanism for an internal combustion engine includes a first rocker arm moving mechanism, a second rocker arm moving mechanism, and a trigger arm. The first rocker arm moving mechanism moves left and right rocker arms from a first operation position side to a second operation position side. The second rocker arm moving mechanism moves the left and right rocker arms from the second operation position side to the first operation position side, and the trigger arm selectively restricts the movement of the left and right rocker arms. During engine operation, left and right rocker-side key portions of the left and right rocker arms, respectively, and left and right trigger-side key portions of the trigger arm selectively maintain or remove a restriction on the movement of the left and right rocker arms, in response to a rocking state of the left and right rocker arms.

Additionally, the lower electrode assembly includes first and second lower electrodes that are adjacent through the insulating film. A capacitor upper electrode is formed on the capacitor lower electrode through a dielectric film, to extend onto the upper surface of the insulating film. The capacitor lower electrode includes a capacitor lower electrode part having a top surface and a bottom surface. 摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor memory device capable of preventing a defect caused by falling of a word line and deterioration in patterning precision due to disturbance of the pitch of word lines at an end of a memory block. Plural dummy word lines are disposed at an end of a memory block, a word driver is mounted for the dummy word line to control the threshold voltage of a dummy memory cell formed below the dummy word line. Also at the time of operating a memory area for storing data from the outside, a bias is applied to the dummy word line. The invention can prevent a defect caused by falling of a word line and deterioration in patterning precision due to disturbance of the pitches of word lines at an end of a memory block, and realize high yield and reliably operation.

摘要: An oil seal structure of a supercharger (10) has an oil shield member (21), a seal housing (25), and an annular seal member (23) arranged between the oil shield member (21) and the seal housing (25). The oil shield member (21) has a portion in which an approximately circular outer edge is formed in a vertical cross section to an axial direction, in a leading end portion in a compressor side, and the oil shield member (21) has an outer edge reduced-diameter portion (21a) which is formed in the leading end in the compressor side and in which a radius of the outer edge is smaller than the other portions of the outer edge. The seal member (23) is fitted to the outer edge reduced-diameter portion (21a). An opening through which the oil shield member (21) passes is formed in the seal housing (25), and the seal housing (25) is brought into contact with the seal member (23) in an inner edge in a radial direction forming the opening.

摘要: A motor-driven supercharger of the invention is provided with a cooling fluid flow rate adjusting device (a flow rate adjuster (37) and a controller (40)) capable of adjusting a flow rate of a cooling fluid. On the basis of the flow rate adjuster (37) and the controller (40), a flow rate of a cooling fluid (41) is set to a first flow rate (a large flow rate) for cooling an electric motor (20) in a state where a temperature difference obtained by subtracting a temperature of the cooling fluid (41) from a temperature of the electric motor (20) is equal to or more than a predetermined temperature equal to or more than zero, and the flow rate of the cooling fluid (41) is set to a second flow rate (a small flow rate) which is smaller than the first flow rate and is for suppressing a heating effect to the electric motor (20) in a state where the temperature difference is lower than a predetermined temperature equal to or more than zero.

摘要: A fuel cell two-wheel vehicle is provided with: a fuel cell, fuel tanks, a supercharger, a pipe line, an in-wheel motor, and a motor driver. The fuel cell generates electric power using hydrogen and air as reaction sources. The fuel tanks supply hydrogen to the fuel cell through a hydrogen supply path. The supercharger supplies air from the outside air to the fuel cell. Through the pipe line, an exhaust from the fuel cell is discharged to the outside. The in-wheel motor serves as a driving source of the fuel cell two-wheel vehicle, and the motor driver drives the in-wheel motor. In an air system, a route and an outlet of the pipe line are arranged to be directed toward the motor driver. Thus, a heat sink is exposed to the discharged air having passed through the fuel cell, and thereby the motor driver is cooled.
