Abstract: Provided are a method used for indicating and determining a parameter value of Listen-Before-Talk (LBT) parameters, a base station and a user equipment, the method including: determining a parameter value of LBT parameters, the LBT parameters including an LBT type, an LBT priority, and a start position of a physical uplink shared channel PUSCH; determining an index for carrying out joint indication of the LBT parameters on the basis of a subset of a full set which is formed by combining possible parameter values of each LBT parameter; generating downlink control information including the index; and sending the downlink control information to a user equipment.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a downlink control information transmission method, including generating more than one downlink control information (DCI) according to scheduling information of a user equipment (UE); determining a detection order of the more than one DCI and positions of the more than one DCI in a searching space; adding a position indication field to a respective DCI according to the detection order of the more than one DCI and the positions of the more than one DCI in the searching space; wherein, the position indication field is used to indicate a position of a next DCI of the respective DCI in the detection order; in which, a position indication field in a last DCI in the detection order is used to indicate a position of a first DCI in the detection order; and transmitting the more than one DCI in the searching space according to the positions of the more than one DCI in the searching space. The present disclosure also provides a UE-side method, a corresponding base station and a UE.

Abstract: In scheduling transmission of UL data in a plurality of subframes using single DCI, asynchronous re-transmission control of this UL data is appropriately performed. A user terminal according to an aspect of the present invention includes a receiving section that receives downlink control information (DCI) and a control section that controls transmission of an uplink shared channel in each of a plurality of subframes based on the DCI. The control section determines an HARQ process number (HPN) to use in each of the plurality of subframes based on a HPN field included in the DCI.

The macro base station of the present invention transmits, to a user terminal, measurement indication information that includes a measurement indication for the received power of a measurement signal of a specific CC in each small cell, and receives, from the user terminal, a measurement report that includes the received power of the measurement signal of the specific CC. Also, the macro base station calculates the received quality of the measurement signals of the plurality of CCs based on the received power of the measurement signal of the specific CC.
