摘要: In a request issuing device, a specific read request unit generates a read requesting write packet including a predetermined address of a memory of a request receiving device as a write address and including, as a read address, the address of the memory in a payload. In the request receiving device, when data is written into the predetermined address of the memory, a specific read request responding unit detects reception of the read request, reads the data from the read address of the memory written into the predetermined address, and generates a read responding write packet including, in the payload, the data that has been read.

摘要: Provided is a radio relay station (100) which relays data transmitted and received by a radio base station (200) and a radio terminal (300) in a radio communication system which employs the TDD scheme. The radio relay station (100) receives data from the radio base station (200) during a downlink subframe period (t1) and transmits data to the radio base station (200) during an uplink subframe period (t2). The radio relay station (100) sets a remote side transmission period (P1) for transmitting data to the radio terminal (300) in the uplink subframe period (t2) and sets a remote side reception period (P2) for receiving data from the radio terminal (300) in the downlink subframe period (t1).

摘要: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor laser includes the steps of forming a mask layer having a stripe-shaped mask portion corresponding to a ridge stripe to be formed on a nitride-based group III-V compound semiconductor layer, etching the nitride-based group III-V compound semiconductor layer to a predetermined depth using the mask layer to form the ridge stripe, forming a resist to cover the mask layer and the nitride-based group III-V compound semiconductor layer, etching-back the resist until the stripe-shaped mask portion of the mask layer is exposed, removing the exposed mask portion of the mask layer by etching to expose the upper surface of the ridge stripe, forming a metal film on the resist and the exposed ridge stripe to form an electrode on the ridge stripe, removing the resist together with the metal film formed thereon, and removing the mask layer by etching.

摘要: A conveyance device uses a simple structure to cause a travel body on which food and drink are placed to travel stably. The conveyance device (10) causes the travel body (11) to travel and convey the food and drink that can be placed on the travel body (11). The conveyance device (10) has a conveyance drive section (13) provided along a travel path (12) on which the travel body (11) travels and also has a travel body connection section (14) connected to the travel body (11) and moving in the direction of travel of the travel body (11) by being driven by the conveyance drive section (13). The conveyance drive section (13) is placed on a side of the travel path (12).

摘要: A stretchable warp knitted fabric comprising warp knitting yarns, first weft in-laid yarns and second weft in-laid yarns, and stretchable warp in-laid yarns. The second weft in-laid yarns consist of a plurality of at least non-stretchable yarns, and said second weft in-laid yarns run sequentially and separately in the course direction on different wale regions of the same course with having an arbitrary length respectively, while crossing the first weft in-laid yarns between courses. Consequently, even when pulled in a longitudinal direction, because the separate second weft in-laid yarns influence each other independently, the fabric does not have a great amount of ruffling in a width direction thereof and thus the a flat surface is maintained wherein there is no narrowing in the middle of the longitudinal direction.
